I always hate to pull trees but these trees are in rough shape and they are being pushed out by our huge walnut tree so it's time for them to go!

I spent my learning years behind the controls of a 310-A, 410 & 510-A. What great machines. Nice video!

      Thanks!
Yes this old 410 is a great machine, I believe the 70's were John Deere's best years for tractors and machinery.
      Thanks for watching 👍

Nice job. It is great to see the old girl running so sweet and back at work. It must feel great after all that hard work and perseverance you have had with it. Enjoy! It is fun to watch.

Yeah I'm amazed it's back in one piece after a long year of work on it.
Hopefully it keeps going along with no more issues 🤞

Great work with the backhoe. The power of it is impressive

Yes I think the engine has a lot more power since it was rebuilt, it doesn't pull down so easy

Nice skills man. I recently rebuilt the 4 cylinder diesel in mine. They're workhorses, these backhoes. I love the wide bucket!

Thanks, yes even though rebuilding isn't cheap it's way cheaper than another machine and it's worth it to save the old thing.
The hoe bucket is 3' wide and I love it, the old machine handles it well, I have another bucket that is just over 2' wide but it needs some patching up.

That was probably a nice greenhouse at one time , Or maybe it could be again?

It was actually a little storage building but it could be a greenhouse if it had clear plastic.
They are super easy to make, just 2 cattle panels, a few 2x4's and some good quality tarp.
That little building stood for 15 years out there
