Hubby and I just moved from New York to South Carolina and bought a Lennar Home “The Kensington” acutally at Hidden Pines. We couldn’t be more happier ❤

I would use the pantry to also store kitchen appliances and baking items.

I like that idea! I hate having my counters cluttered with that stuff

I was really looking forward to this video, until I realized the home was built by Lennar. I’ve done business with them before, and their construction quality was severely lacking. Too bad, the layout looked really nice. P. S., do you not worry about the backyard being that close to a water area? Seems to me that one good storm and your house would suffer water damage.

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. The water behind this home is a man made retention pond made to collect water, it is there to prevent flooding.

As always the second bath is to small. Many of us retiree’s no longer share beds and bath. If this was a family home those kids are going to grow up and that bath will not work. Wish the home building industry would catch on to this problem. For the price and square footage I think it I’d overpriced for the area. I would pass on this. The pantry was the best feature. How about making homes with 2 masters please.

Hey Sophie, I totally understand your concerns! We are actually seeing most buyer's wanting the second bath to be smaller in these ranch style homes. There are definitely floodplains being built that address the concerns you have - the Dunwoody and Tangerly Oak by Pulte are a few that come to mind with bedrooms/on-suites that can be used as a second primary bedroom.
