For people who aren’t vegan. Eating good quality red meat, eggs and butter or ghee are very helpful. And I don’t usually eat fish but I love eating chia seeds to get those omega3’s. Hope this helped
Beetroot powder is great in a smoothie with strawberries half a banana and 1 lemon a knob of ginger and water. It tastes awesome this way and is easily digestible
Thank you! I totally nerd out over nutrition, so I loved this video. I'm 38 and in the throes of perimenopause. The migraines have been brutal, so I will try the beetroot powder. I cured my chronic migraines when I went plant-based ten years ago, but perimenopause was an absolute beast bringing back all of the worst things that I experienced before I changed my diet. 🥴
Try adding magnesium every day or most days. My PCM recommended to me 3y ago for my Migraines because I'm allergic to NSAIDs and migraine prescription meds. I'm 49y. I never get Migraines since doing this. Also, if you already have a migraine, take a magnesium supplement and 1 pink benadryl with 2-3cp water and it'll be gone after a little nap or rest. 💙
Good evening from Switzerland Beautiful Emmie Thank You for Your very interesting Tipps I will try the products and Hope they will bring relief 🎉 Wishing you a very relaxing evening ❤ Best regards from Eva😊

Don't worry thyroid peeps....you can eat cruciferous veggies as long as you include IODINE in your diet as well. Check out Dr. Brooke Goldner's scientific explanation of this exact issue on her Goodbye Lupus channels.
I used to boil organic soy beans to make soy milk without synthetic vitamins but its a lot of work and time to boil and soak dry soy beans. The experience is more wholesome taste and texture than store bought. What about soy estrogen concerns for men's health
Not long ago I just started watching some of your videos and I love it, you give alot helpful and also your recipe are so good. But my question is I just found out I have arthritis in my hip and I would what good foods should eat and what should I avoid, thanks
I am so grateful for your content, Emmie! Thank you! What are your thoughts on black soy beans as far as nutritional potency and help with balancing hormones? Better, not as good, doesn’t matter? Thank you!!!!
Beets are in season around here, and I get them in my To Good To Go boxes weekly, can I use beets over beet root powde, as I have a bit of a budget to keep? I get them in multiple colors even - and usually they are organic.
I am so confused about soy milk. I am 65 and just started drinking it. But one person says it hinders breast cancer and another person says it causes it? What do you think?

What are your thoughts on Natto, fermented soy beans?
Wife here. What about Spectrum Brand Ground Flaxseeds.?
Best to buy them whole and grind yourself!
I just know i need vitamin d even as an omnivore who eats fish and eggs quite often cause i take very little sun light 😢
You can get a blood test and see :)
What about soy with hypothyroidism?
Didn't even mention red meat, eggs, butter?
Because she doesn’t recommend those. She eats a vegan diet.
Red wine😅
Why beetroot powder and not just beetroot? I am not a big fan of powder anything 😊
It’s more potent but you can def eat beets instead ❤❤❤
I LOVE beets❤.
You would loveeee the powder then!
