19:00 If you don't have the special pliers, just put the clip and a big washer on top. Then put a bolt in the center hole and tighten it, that will open the clip and then you just need to push it into the groove.
For you to be able to spin your wheel like that does it have to be in neutral and the other side lifted as well?
oooh! this is really what i tried to do earlier today before it started raining. Good tip
the tire will spin freely when the flange is not installed as the flange is what connects it to the axle shaft.
My 97 Toyota Landcruiser Brakes doesn't look anything like this.
