yes, it has 14th gen intel, i have this model with i7 14650HX and rtx 4060 since 1 week.

@@dfkibh temperature is very good with games (msi always do a good job in this topic), it has a noising fans like every gamming laptop but if you use headset it can't be heard, if you like less noise there is a whisper mode on nvidia experience panel, (it will also have lower fps performance), in my opinion this laptop is awesome, i came from a hp omen 15 intel i5 7th gen and gtx 1050 4gb and this msi run like a formula 1, it has ddr5 and a intel 14th gen that came out in january, and you have the option to upgrade the ram up to 96 gb ddr5. If you have a budget for one of these, go for it.
