    Ocd is torture brave man for speaking out about it will help others who might not feel they can talk about it ,👍

    I've suffered with OCD since I was 8. I'm now 66. Antidepressants are the right treatment... in particular SSRI's. But what his doctor should have done is reffered him to a behaviour therapist for ERP, Exposure and Response Prevention therapy.
    You can't cure OCD but you can learn to control it.
    OCD is in the top 5 most debilitating disorders. There are genes involved.

    in short ocd is hell
