If someone doesn’t want to help or is rude that’s their shit. Same goes for any industry. Worst case you meet a dickhead. Best case you get helped and make a new friend.
Truly? That guy who couldn't do the backward thing mustn't have been trained real well with tautliners and reversing b doubles. Wonder if his licence came from a Weet bix packet?😁
Shane, where my mate worked, a truck pulled up, the driver got out and his mate got in the drivers seat and backed into the shed. Apparently the driver cant reverse and the other dude could but didnt have a licence. Guess what race? Cultural enrichment.
That’s a failure on the company’s part. Every mob I’ve ever driven for would always send someone out with me for at least a day or two to make sure I knew how they like to run things. The guy obviously bullshitted to get the job though 🤪😂🤣
surely you have to do the "backward thing" on your truck test!!!! where do they get their license from? photoshop and print their own? more stories please mate.

At least on my B double test I only had to reverse in a straight line. I think they've got a loophole for getting their B double license though. Something's not right though. Although the test wasn't very hard, just swing wide and go slow lol.

It became so bad that we had to make sure they strapped loads down as a couple left without doing and without anyone knowing 25 tonne of boards
they had to put camera's in to make sure loads didn't leave before strapping after a couple loads ended up on road
Those companies who sent drivers in that didn't know what to do
our company would ring and complain and tell companies to get their fuck ass down hear and show them what they need to know to keep load on semi
Our company tried multiple transport companies and all as bad as each other and yes more then halve couldn't even back a single trailer
When they asked if have to back vehicles at our customers and we said yes they'd refuse to take load and drive off
then our company used to go nuts ar theirs but they send them back next day for another and repeat all over again
fuck I don't miss it
I'm glad I'm not doing that shit anymore as they made loader responsible for load if something went wrong tried to blame us when they drove out untied
But as we told them you can't hold us responsible as we're not allowed to sit their and watch if tied down because they didn't want to pay our time watching them
So I know why forky was fucked off he be copying it from management for taking to long but dealing with this shit multiple times a day and management would've been told of the issues but trying to make it loaders responsible if left site unstrapped by law why we had to make it official on paper work to management to put the responsible back on them legally as we don't have authority to make them tie the load down and because they wouldn't allow us to watch to make sure load was secured

This episode & the bloody clueless headwagger, he won't be in a truck long if he keeps that up, aye. Must be fresh outta driving school & on the shittest money. I worry about the drivers on the road around him too. I dare say he's knocked a few side mirrors off on some parked cars...hehehe
Sliding you a frothy, as always...cheers mate!

Cheers Michael, stay safe brother
Your dashcam don't do the forward thing.
This one made me spit my drink, it sure isn't at the moment
I laughed but then I know of stock carter's years ago that couldn't do the backwards thing they would get the stock agent or farmer to back in to ramp
Farmers are always pretty handy though the driver should be able to do it
I work at big grocery distribution centre's (get your W**lies worth) and I see this shit all the time mate so it's not a single time that's happened
I bet you see plenty of them
There was a b double stopped from going into a tunnel and thus stopped all traffic with the biggest problem of being unable to do “the backward thing” and a policeman had to come to his aid as he could do “the backward thing”. Is not “the backward thing”, no matter what type of vehicle , just as important, as “the forward thing” when learning to drive? 😂😂
I think we all remember that, what a clown
Must have worked for SCOTTS
Another Large company that runs up the East Coast (red trailers)
I'd say they've given him the boot !
I was watching an American trucker video yesterday, the driver couldn't the BACKWARD THING , he was dressed in some long rag down to the ankles. here's the video link , th-cam.com/video/giSrMOJNiac/w-d-xo.html go to time 6:18 ...LMAO
Hopefully
@@shanehastattoos geez years ago you wouldn't get a truck driving job if you couldn't change tyres onto rims let alone the truck ! The bars been lowered !! Cheers.
@@newman653 it sure has been
Hey mate, if someone came up to you at a servo or rest stop and asked some advice, what would your reaction be? Sometimes i want to ask more experienced people but don’t wanna bother them for something thats probably really simple to them.
Ask anyway? How else do you learn?
Just fkn ask mate! Some newbie driver will do the same to you one day. What are ya gonna do? Tell him to fark off?! Nah mate, you'll help him ayy...
If someone doesn’t want to help or is rude that’s their shit. Same goes for any industry. Worst case you meet a dickhead. Best case you get helped and make a new friend.
Perfect video idea here.
Never be afraid to ask for help or advice.
Truly? That guy who couldn't do the backward thing mustn't have been trained real well with tautliners and reversing b doubles. Wonder if his licence came from a Weet bix packet?😁
Something shady goes on for them getting their licenses
anyone else notice the elite driving at 2.25?
I'm not picking it, did I miss something?
@@shanehastattoos look at the oncoming traffic and the little white car changing lanes
@stuart wall well spotted, I didn't even notice it (even after I rewatched it from your comment)
Shane, where my mate worked, a truck pulled up, the driver got out and his mate got in the drivers seat and backed into the shed. Apparently the driver cant reverse and the other dude could but didnt have a licence. Guess what race? Cultural enrichment.
No need to "guess" we both know 😅
That’s a failure on the company’s part. Every mob I’ve ever driven for would always send someone out with me for at least a day or two to make sure I knew how they like to run things. The guy obviously bullshitted to get the job though 🤪😂🤣
Lucky he wasn't Pinocchio
Good story. How the hell did he get his licence?
Only he knows the truth about that one 😆
Ya gotta be fcken jokin, hahaha.
🤣🤣🤣🚪👍👍👍
surely you have to do the "backward thing" on your truck test!!!! where do they get their license from? photoshop and print their own? more stories please mate.
One would think something shady goes on in the tests
G'day, sadly happens all too often , one guy will do an induction test with a company , pass then bazinga some other will turn up a few days later to do a shift and that's the sorta shit happens, oh yes I've been in the industry 43years and its the worst I've seen it !!!catchya...
How do they get truck licence if they can't do reverse
It’s make it so they only have to go forward
“Connections” is my best guess ☝️😎. Uncle, father, mother, aunt… “friends” in high places 👍😁
roll the dice and hope the backward thing works out for once 😂
asked his brother for a loan of his.
At least on my B double test I only had to reverse in a straight line. I think they've got a loophole for getting their B double license though. Something's not right though. Although the test wasn't very hard, just swing wide and go slow lol.
Was it Scotts transport
Not Scotts.....this time
Ohhh his fucking serious brother 😂 come too melbourne 🤦♂️ fuck me they can’t drive forward either, and in India mc mean motor cycle good country Australia 🇦🇺
He should know backward ding, Indian women love backward ding. lol First or first week, more last day.
I knew what he said just by reading the title 🤣 I pull trailers for a company with red black and yellow trailer's if you know you know the company is full of guys who don't do the backwards thing if I was aloud to video in the yard I'd would be company gold watching these numnuts trying to reverse a b double 🤦♂️like you will be asleep on the dock and you will get them bang on the door excuse me sir can you please back my b double for me and 90% of us just slam the door in there face
When I reckon you could talk about shit loads of those idiots that don’t do the backward thing I’ve seen heaps Justin Pantexs I sit there and laugh at them all the time especially when they gotta get out the truck four or five times to see where they’re going😂🤣👍
I'm sure many of them don't know that if they look in the mirror you can see whats behind you, or they are plain too stupid to realise that
@@shanehastattoos They’re just thick as bricks
And why should I look in the mirror they don’t do the backward thing
Seems like he can’t drive a truck if he won’t do the job or go backwards in the truck, Secondly he is making himself look dumb when you and the other bloke were offering to help him out.
Hang on , how the fk do you get a mc if you don't do the backward thing . ?
Is it against the law in Punjabiarabia? Imagine telling the driving instructor that. My missus can't do it . Not a hope . That's why she's not a M.C. truck driver. Ffs
Shane mate , your a fucken cracka of a bloke , keep em coming .
