The removal guys didn’t even need to load up their truck as we got to wheel the stuff from one front door to the other using just their trolleys (x 2) & a couple of occy straps & it only took us just over 2 hours.
@@shanehastattoos … No stairs whatsoever, but the front & back entrances have disability accessible ramps installed. The guys were very happy not having to lug things like the fridge, washing machine, lounge suite etc up any stairs ✊😄
If u come to South Australia again and need some free parking for ur truck the white horse inn/hotel is truck friendly for overnight stays, car park is big enough for B doubles
Dude, Ur back ! That road looks like it was designed by a university trained "expert" A blob of bluetack will muffle that bloody indicator beeper thing. Big engines dont make noise, they make music.
If the camera could come down, just a little further, then viewers might get a better view of the road ahead. At the moment, the windscreen visor blocks part of the view. Hope this helps your question at 14.30 time slot.
Good to see a new video shaneo. I know that school all to well I went to that school for many years and lived on the street you turned left up after driving out of the gate
Mate you were missed, glad to see your still alive and driving :) Camera looks good and of course the sound is better with window closed but your driving we just all be sitting in the passenger seat :) Cheers and good to watch your mad driving skills again.
@@shanehastattoos The word of the day should’ve been ‘annoying indicator’ 🤣 But as for ‘tight’ I once had to back a 14T tipper with a massive chipper on the back (I really mean massive, it would eat trees in one go) around 7k’s in reverse, down a single lane dirt lane on the mountains around Nowra, just to find somewhere to turn around… the joys of tree work. 🤬
Glad to see you back on...been wondering if you were alright :) Holy shite...you had to BACK into that??? Damn! The camera could be a bit lower to make a better angle for viewing further ahead. The word for the day is "Tight" but I am just typing that because my mind is too damn dirty to make a PG story about it!
Mate, I know your pain! I drove a rigid 8 tonner around the back of Smithfield, Fairfield, Botany around Sydney, and even with that smaller truck some of the drops were murder. How you do it in a semi wouldn’t be fun. Trying to reverse off Woodville Road was one highlight. And never believe a forkie who says “yeh mate, tons of room to turn around the back”! Turn a fork yes, turn a truck, f*** off - I was thinking at one stage taking some Vaseline to get me through the tight ones😂😂I retired to doing pallet run Newcastle to the Upper Hunter!
Camera angle ok mate needs to come down a tad . I know how u feel with the tight spots I used to drive 409 with a dolly and 4x4 full widener and the spots people expect u to these big rigs are most definitely challenging especially when y 26mtrs long and over 3m wide sometimes wider and that’s when the good old electric mirrors come into play . Anyway keep the vids up bro I like watching what u get up to
You're a better man than I am. I would have made them unload on the street. 🤷♂ The new setup is tight 😜 but that indicator alarm is bloody annoying. I know you can't do anything about it, just giving feedback. 👍
Driving metro buses in Hobart doing a West Hobart service, forgot to go Hill St there’s a little one way street round the corner that takes you back to Hill St, I thought I will go up there otherwise just my luck there will be a little old lady waiting for the bus, turns out no one wanted the bus in Hill St. Doing the turn into the one way street, I took the bitch wide, but was going to hit the telegraph pole, but they always seem to put these things right on the curb, instead of on the other side of the footpath, as the people who decide these things DONT DRIVE A LARGE VEHICLE. I grabbed the steering wheel on the inside on the left with my right hand and just reefed downwards, which was just enough to make the arse of the bus swing, and I just missed the pole, by only a bees dick I’m sure! I was telling another driver about it that had been a driver for 20 years. A couple of days later he came and told me he did the same thing, forgot to go up Hill St on a West Hobart service, and thought I will do what Roxy did and take the one way street. He said”oh yeah, your right? That is a bit of a tight corner isn’t it?”
How many turns can that steering wheel turn? I see at 3:14 you do almost 3 complete turns on the steering to the right, around 990 degrees. That would give almost 2000 degrees of steering angle from lock to lock on this truck, or am I mistaken?
Haha how dare you have a life other than youtube 😂😂😂😂I appreciate the vids. People don't realise all the work that goes into editing. You are a awesome story teller. ❤🎉
Window down, gotta have big noise. Camera angle is ok.

Can’t say I’ve ever driven through anything that TIGHt before :)

That must have been "fun" backing into that place wow.
Fun is 1 word, another starts with FU getting in there
Good to see you back Shane sounds nice on the Jakes 🤘🤘
Sounds good, thanks for coming back
Drove a rigid in an area tight like that, was piss easy but, once ya start adding articulation to a truck, gets a little bit hairier🤣
My ex was tight, like i mean short hands & deep pockets.
🤣🤣 I like what you did there
