i like how you gamified the content. People always complain how toronto is overvalued, it will crash, blah blah blah. but what truly determines value? it what someone else is willing to pay for it. given the price tags on some of these homes and how quickly they are selling, the people there clearly have the funds to buy the homes. not making a bull or bear case, just a thought.
That was entertaining... In Quebec, the price of housing literally doubled in the last 5 years. My semidetached is now worth 600 000$. It is a nice place, but if I was to go back in my hometown, that 600 000$ would get me a palace.
Awesome video!! Keep up the great work Ryan ❤
Thank you!

Good content, this might be my next town in the next coming year.
Don't you have a Windsor channel as well?
Yes I have an office in both cities, have family in both cities and work in both cities each
Cool, I thought you had looked familiar. Great content

Have you seen downtown London lately? You couldn't pay most people to live in the midst of that.
None of these homes are anywhere close to downtown
Finally a new vid😅👍
lol sorry. My computer completely crashed and had to buy a new one. Took me a while to get everything up and running again
