Nice but basically a small yard outdoor space, London for you , you could live in beautiful Edgbaston, Birmingham 10/15 min walk to city centre… massive beautiful mostly Georgian houses with massive gardens and quiet, peaceful and very green but with a busy 24/7 city centre with world class architecture, restaurants/bars, leisure and arts on your doorstep that are around 1 million +….
Absolutely ridiculous.
It’s actually worth £680k at best.
No off road parking.
Tiny garden.
Looks spotless and soulless.
For many I understand that this square box clean plain looking style would suit but they’ve taken away many of the features of what the house looked like originally. They’ve turned this house into a series of square and rectangular boxes, it has no style and I wouldn’t give that kind of money for boxes.
Oh I agree, they’ve ripped the heart out of it.
Crazy, practically no garden for 3 million.
😂

I hate the design so much! The fireplace was the worst. Didn't like the split level for the kitchen. The video itself was great. Thank you!
Lovely house objectively... but 3 million... 3 MILLION.... man london is crazy
Superb house! And great work Holly 👏🏻
What a beautiful home - I love it!!!
Beautiful house, no escaping that but £3million!? That’s purely the postcode making up the majority of that as that’s in or around a million anywhere else in the country
Stunning. Great tour
Love the interior 😍
Awesome property, couple of missing stuff like garage, pool, beach, sun etc... 😉But we still love London 🙂
I love the decor!
Wow, stunning property
Just imagine the house you could actually buy for 3m!!!
That is a beautiful home ❤
🤓 Thank You So Much & LOVE LONDON 🪴
Good to see there is some original Ikea furniture in the house!
Stunning! I love it. It is also not too far from where my father was born and raised as a child and young adult on Fulham Road. I was able to get there this past week to see the exterior of the building for the first time. It is a beautiful area and this home is everything I would dream of being able to own :). Lucky people now and who will own it in the future :)
No working class white British People, that's for sure.
Up the Levellers.👍
The Putney Debates... Google it.
they don't really own it because nothing is permanent we are all just passing through
The opening front door is a security risk with the letter box opening, I really don’t like the minimalist decor, soulless, if I can’t do better than this with a budget of £3 million, I don’t deserve to have it. 🙏
Amazing🎉
Great property!
I agree it’s far too modern for me. Prefer a shaker kitchen and less modern art. Replace it with something my dog isn’t able to paint with a bit of class. However it’s a beautiful place and tasteful and obviously a home for the right person. The extension is lovely and I don’t mind the garden being small. Lots of parks and entertainment in London to make up. Just find it a pity that old features are removed and not embraced. I’ve had to from remove concrete dumped in my fireplace, sand down floors to replacing the stair runners and rods, etc. My extension of the kitchen to include a dinning area and lounge, compliments my old house so that even the council planner complimented me. A person that sees more builds than most. It has all the mod cons but isn’t out of touch with the remainder of the house. Fortunately I have some qualifications in architecture and structural design.
£3 million seems pretty reasonable for that place in that neighborhood!
I was wondering all the way through the video, why is there a multiple assortment of random sized door knobs in the hall way to the right, immediately on entering the front door ?
It's a design element that can be used as hangers for your coat, scarf or umbrella
We’re in a true Victorian house in Fulham, in comparison this house is void of uniqueness and character, could be any minimalist house, anywhere in the world! There is a general feeling of darkness, greyness, depressing in a grey, Winter’s day!
Amazes me they strip characters
It’ll suit a certain type, but most certainly not me.
LOVE❤❤❤
Thank you for sharing this beautiful home!😊
😂
Very nice but then it isn’t lived in yet! The flooring isn’t wooden, is it a vinyl?
South Manchester Cheshire, that’s £1.7 M without the flats next door🤔
Nah you've a mosque instead
Nice space; terraced homes in LDN really are at a premium. Anyone else peep the council/purpose built flats at the left right at the beginning of the video...? Pretty much what my home city is about 😅
oh I say just a milli second but we'll spotted lad i beleive your detective material lad go for it you will be in c.i d in no time then murder squad , the sky is the limit lad follow your dreams 😎
Is there anywhere to park my Merc ?
No fung shui or vaasta application a missed opportunity
Very refreshing to have someone who presents well. There is a channel where the houses look really interesting but the two presenters have the presenting skills of eight year olds so they just waste the material.
This house is quite nice too, overpriced due to the London effect but overall it's been tastefully renovated.
3 million for that? You lot are insane 😂
😂
Location
3 mill & it’s a semi no thanks
Bless the agent , I hope she sells this then with the commission she could buy some trousers ( yes I know they are collets) that reach her ankle 😊
I need a way much larger yard!!!!
Oh....is that a council estate on the left of the house ?
Oh Dear
it is snob stay away
Study area? Really?
Where is the garage?
But it does look nice.
Beautiful home nice place 3 million maybe too much btw hownis the area like friendly family like ppl or ant-social behaviour or ppl there not good
Could you put the link to the other Fulham property in the comments please?
Hello David, you can watch our other recent Fulham tour here th-cam.com/video/3-SG_XjzQk4/w-d-xo.htmlfeature=shared
Not for me over priced. Lacks personality🇨🇦
❤
3 million for a semi-detached house.. I bet you have to pay for parking too 😂😂.. All nonsense. Move outside London with that money u will live like a king. Great presentation though
Irene road aint as nice as Barclay Rd SW6, but nice area! Eel Brook Common is also quaint, overall laid back location...great for families and to raise family. House is okay and standard for locality, the red brick lion houses go for more, again tho, aside from Musgrave Crescent and Moore Park Road, Barclay Rd is better. 😊
Barclay Road is a far, far busier road than Irene Road which is one of the quieter streets in Fulham in terms of pedestrian, passing traffic and parked cars.
The garden is tiny but that is normal for the area. There is plenty of room in the house for five people.
@Joseph-dm8xi Perhaps you're right Irene is a quiet road vs Barclay, tho there's a new barrier on Effie Rd stopping traffic and car rat racing. The garden in this tour is a patio garden, on Barclay Rd on the even numbered side the gardens go up to 80ft. If you search you'll find plenty of bigger gardens in Fulham, then again when you're so close to Eel Brook Common (and Barclay Rd is close by as well) a large garden is really just a bonus. 👍
3m ...it’s not worth the money
The property is gorgeous... Poor, poor London 😢
Great condition, but London market is very bespoke to the rich or those already there, as to everyone else that looks the usual London problems persist in that it's a small house for the money relative to other parts of the country, and in London you get no safe or substantial off-property car parking, and mostly a tiny outdoor area size too. Welcome to the London property market I guess!
3mill in London must be a rough area
Decoration is so so nothing special, you mainly paying for the land value
Ridiculous price for very little, a period house with no period features
Its Unlucky to have the staircase right in front of the front door - all the good energy goes out the door..
Tens of millions of unlucky people around the world, then.
this is why the chinese are the only ones that can afford to buy in London anymore :)
Does the girl come with the house? 👀
Crazy 😮hate the living room and the god awful fireplace , the garden is a glorified yard, lovely kitchen and then that Master bedroom 🤢how much 😂🤣🙈
Ab fab!
It's alright I suppose from them that likes it, but far too modern & trendy for me. £3 million quid too much & tiny garden....but that's the overpriced nonsense that is London...
The sitting room furniture is every London investment bank & financial consultancy reception area.
Nice home but certainly not worth 3 million. I could find a much , much better house than this with more land for less than that.
The same house would be easily double the price a mile or two down the road in Chelsea.
Unbelievable price 😂.
I think it represents reasonable value for the area. People criticise London house values need to understand that London is driven by a global market, not what happens in The rest of the U.K.
Open plan.... No 😂
Why would anyone pay 3m to live in….Fulham.
Anyone paying £3 million to live in Fulham has more money than sense
Nice, hidden behind an average facade.
CHAV tastic......
Hmm, it looks great but feels so soulless to me.
It will match the people who would buy such a place
Trousers could do with an iron 😂
No I don’t like the decor
The price is a joke. Boycott this nonsense.
Someone will no doubt buy it
Not my kinda comfort. Minimum nahhhhh
But there is nothing unique about it, all modern properties look the same, show house look, why would anyone want to live in that
I don't see 3 million quid here. 200k maybe. And love all the fish eye lens shit making it look twice as big as it is. And as for that 'Low Maintenance Garden' that is not a garden, not even close. Barely enough room to swing a cat in it, the walls are higher than the actual footage of the ground. Total joke.
overpriced
This is not worth 300k it small in 3 million 😂😂i can gett a monsters big house abroad
Who on earth would want a house like this? Too much cleaning and gimmicks.
Nothing special😮😮😮😮
Dirt
Is this a joke!! Like any other house!! Would not pay 3mil 4 it??got all the homeless in and around London, your just rubbing there faces in it! Huh 😮😢😮
Thats a disgusting price and when ya die know doubt the government gets a huge whack of this. You are promoting dreams very few can ever afford in their life time never mind paying all the bills to up keep this property. For this horrible dark yard.
Superb house but it would be a shame if you had to park on the street
Massively overpriced as usual, sod living in london now,its migrunt infested and crime ridden
