I'm currently in a year long battle where multiple British Rights, and International Rights have been abused.
I'll tell you all about it in spring, when you go to Normans'.

I have a lovely excerpt that shows, Charles has renounced to be a king as he swore to be at his coronation, and has abandoned all claims over us.
That goes for his treasonous government also.

Why his there two documents, the declaration of rights and the bill of rights?
The guy speaking says he doesn't like jury's because they don't give account of their findings.
I find this a very strange thing to say for a justice seeker.
Jury's do not base their findings of laws, but on what is right apposed to what is wrong.
If someone has infringed upon the law for a good reason or if the law is not flexible enough to deal with the case, then the jury can override the law to give justice.
The record shows that judges are far more likely to convict than a jury.
It has been know that judges have called for a retrial if the jury doesn't come up with the verdict they wanted.

Have you contacted TRL or CEDR?
The latter spent months chasing me over a motoring issue. I think they may have had a Covid charge too.
They sent a letter claiming that they had an arrest warrant. But I did some research, and although the woman I spoke to (without giving my details) said they don’t put people in handcuffs, but would take them to appear in court. I essentially discovered that they obviously have no powers of arrest. So, because they were making unlawful threats and claims to possess powers that they don’t have, I just ignored them. Eventually they gave up.
      Not sure who TRL are.

Wasn't your damages awarded for common law breaches because the EA didn't have an obvious and verifiable authority to act? Statute was cited but ultimately, the EA acted unlawfully and thus a common law tort was committed.

Its clearly down to Cognitive dissonance, look for legal name on wikipedia you will see it in plain sight: A legal name is the name that identifies a person for legal, administrative and other official purposes. A person's legal birth name generally is the name of the person that was given for the purpose of registration of the birth and which then appears on a birth certificate

    • @tcrookes2803

This does not back up your claim "Giving the legal name which belongs to the Crown via Birth Certificate is giving consent and why they ask for your name". Please try again to answer the aforementioned questions. This is not evidence of a legal name belonging to the Crown via a birth certificate etc... We do not accept this as any form of evidence.

The Birth Certificate issue is a red herring - `Idem sonans` is a legal doctrine whereby a person's identity is presumed known despite the misspelling of his or her name, if the misspelled name sounds the same when pronounced @PeaceKeepersOfficialChannel
Simple example; Marc and Mark sound the same despite being spelled differently. So when you answer to a name that sounds the same as yours, yet it has been spelled in all caps or misspelled (deliberately), you give the court jurisdiction.
Thus a maxim of law applies "The presence of the body cures the error in the name; the truth of the name cures an error in the description."

    • @genuinearticle33
      @genuinearticle33 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

I am totally aware of what 'Idem Sonans' is and how it can be a problem, but the Birth Certificate or rather the 'entity or character' it certifies as being in corporate existence, (not actual existence or reality), and it is that entity or character that the Courts have automatic jurisdiction over, hence why the appearance of 'the Body' cures the error, one has to rebut the presumption of appearance in that character or capacity, which is unfortunately easier said than done, because their is a organised resistance within the Judiciary against you or i being able to pull the jurisdictional carpet from under the their feet ...but it still does not negate the principal issue both in fact and in law that appearance is 'qualified' and requires volition, my assumption of your capacity and status may be incorrect but if you will agree to that assumption by assent in some form, their can then be no revocation of that act (within the same proceeding), in other words if you appear to be, you will be treated as though you are, i am saying no i do not recognise that appearance, how do you arrive at the belief or conclusion i am one and the same as that character? by your agreement ultimately, be it by way of words or action.@@Non-corpus-juris
