Hi Loida, thanks for the content, it's really informative and I got an idea of how I should approach to become a listing agent. I am not a broker just yet. I am a leasing agent and only doing rentals and trying to get more rental listings right now. Do you think this strategy would apply to the rentals and do you have an idea of where I can get rental listing? right now, if I see rental sign anywhere I just call the number and trying to talk to landlord that's how I got my first listing. any tips for rentals side? You are allowed. As long as the number doesn't appear in national and local DNCL list.
Loida you give great insight but it will be better if you actually show how to find those expired listings

Where do people find FSBOS, FRBOS, open listings, small landlords, large landlords? I have no idea where to look for these things? Please help.

Quick question I’m new , why would you call just listed and just sold listings?
Great question! So the reason you would want to call and promote a listing that was just listed or just sold is because many times there are neighbors or other people in the neighborhood that don’t know what’s happening in real estate and when you share with them the info of the listing, they themselves might actually be looking to make a move or might know someone. So the purpose would be to get potential leads! Hope that helps!

It wasn’t, it had expired like a month before .. so it wasn’t a new new. Older Expireds are great to go after!

How do you find old expired listing owners in order to contact them if there’s no #?
Well I use Vulcan7 to get old expired leads and their contact info. If for some reason I don’t get a number, I’ll go on Fastpeoplesearch.com and try and look up the person there lol

As a new agent with 0 transactions how did you answer the question of “how many homes have you sold?”
Most people won’t ask that. Use your brokerages transactions though
