Hi Loida, my brokerage that I'll be starting with after I get my license said that the common commission rate is 2.5%. Is that not the normal going rate? Or is it based on the area I'm selling in?

The 2.5% might be just one side for one agent. Usually let’s say a commission from a listing agent is 6%, they divide that between listing/buyers age t
