Hi I have never sprayed before but have used the "salt shaker" method which worked fine. Looking into spraying so I can hit the vertical walls on my boat. With the shaker method, I vacuum up the loose non skid (to be reused) then apply another coat. If I spray the non skid, is vacuuming required to remove the excess material so it doesn't get into the roller and end up in little clumps?
No more than 24 hours but typically you could apply the non skid in the morning and be able to roll over it by the end of the day, alternatively you could do the non skid at night and be able to roll over it the next morning. If you check the non skid after s few hours and can touch it without distributing the particles you should be good to roll over it.
We would recommend scuffing the aluminum and applying Awlgrip's 545 Epoxy Primer before applying any of the topcoat paints. Once you apply primer and sand it with 400 grit sandpaper the process is exactly the same as what is done in this video.
Great video, what is your gun pressure settings and fan width?

I never vacuumed up nonskid-gently hosed it off, but then I paint a deck with the boat in the water.
Great video, do I need to use a primer if applying over a factory gel coated deck?
What gun are you using to spray the texture?
Do I have to sand before the last coat over the non skid?
dont, just give it about an hour to get a hard tack then top coat. you can go up to 24 hrs, but ive found under 8 hrs works best.
Hi, for a roll on application after the non skid what it is the wait time for sealing with the paint?

I guess it's kinda off topic but does anybody know a good site to watch new series online ?
@Titus Elias Flixportal =)
@Hugh Amari thank you, I signed up and it seems like they got a lot of movies there :D Appreciate it!
@Titus Elias Happy to help :)
What would be the process on an aluminum deck?

I just poke holes in a ziplock bag and shake it on. Comes out looking like sprayed on.
