Sorry kids but real farmers are too busy / too exhausted to exercise. Especially considering the fact that most farmers that I know (including myself) in America, also work OTHER jobs on top of maintaining their farms.
This. Also, farmboys do not need strength exercise. The strongest man I've ever met is a farmer/butcher. That guy lifted a 100kg me like a cat (grabed me under my armpits) and casually carried me across the backyard. He could have tossed me like a ragdoll.
@@georgedj4937 I don't know about stamina, but farmers are efin strong. I thought the whole world knows about the thing called the "farmboy strenght". When you work whole day, every day of your life since being a kid, the volume of work put on simply cannot be underrestimated.
All of them. Your buttocks, core, legs, arms, shoulders, and neck all get a workout when tossing hay and straw, carrying pigs, helping a heifer with calving, and other farmyard chores. When you work on a farm, you coincidentally get a workout while you're at it. You'll have more strength than the rank-and-file bodybuilder.
I m learning farming but i know i m not strong enough to work for a long time so im looking to become stronger since my farming master is 65 and im 21 and he could beat me if he wanted he is at least 10 x stronger than me
I'm a farmer in groes back texas and I always work out so thanks for vid

@@BobSaint why do you think that farmers don't need strength training, they usually have good stamina from working all day.

I wish I knew what muscles these workouts targeted
This is full body workout.
They are compound exercises, they target multiple muscle groups
