For many years, Ian has worked as a TPS (Toyota Production System) Engineering Manager at Toyoda Gosei UK, where he had the opportunity to implement and improve production systems inspired by Lean philosophy. His experience also includes the position of Group Continuous Improvement Manager at Naylor Industries PLC, where he played a key role in optimizing operational processes across the group.
Ian has extensive experience in leading continuous improvement projects, coaching and mentoring teams, as well as promoting Lean culture in organizations. His knowledge and skills are invaluable to those striving for excellence in Lean Management.
