Atom Cats build, he could be a mechanic from the prewar that worked at the Atom Cat garage. He grew up in Boston and was always that charismatic person and everyone loved him. He really just looked up to his dad and when his dad pasted away he just wanted to be like him. He then grew up with a interest into robotics and just being a greaser the way he looked and felt, just like his dad. He then got to high school and started a group of greasers. He went to college for a little bit until he decided he wanted to help the army and became a mechanic in the service. After awhile he came back home and worked morning to night at the Atom Cat garage with his ma. His mom was so proud of her son and what he was doing with his life and she helped with everything she could. This is perfect! I saw your Paladin build and I've just started a tweaked version of that. This is exactly what I wanted, heavy weaon plus melee rather than punching. Luckily the skill points and early perks are very similar. Thanks!
Imagine a Butcher who makes money by processing settlers into Salisbury steaks (or Soylent Green if you have the mod) using contraptions workshop and wasteland workshop. Uses a ripper to mutilate bodies, and a sniper for clean ranged kills. He would side with the Minutemen for the sole purpose of easily accessed fresh meat.
Nice job as always, I was wondering if you guys can do a ranger build that uses the old reliable as a sniper rifle from far away and pulls out a revolver when enemies get up close and personal.
Given that gunslinger's unique advantage is extra range for pistols (resulting in insane range on energy weapons modded for pistol grip), why would you use rifleman at all? For flavor, maybe but Old Reliable isn't exactly a ranger roleplay weapon.
Do a witch build. High Agility and very well even Stats. The witch. The Witch is an arcane force in the wasteland, completely at home in its torn atmosphere... or at least as close to a Mage like character as you can get in Fallout. The Witch uses Lasers, Plasma, Radiation and Blades to strike down her opponent in ways that seem almost mystical in their execution. People that face the business end of her fury will swear that they saw a woman with magic in her blood. An incredibly balanced play style, The Witch gives plenty of benefits early on, all of which can be reaped for an almost purely aesthetic play style. But for now, we get to the back story. Born to an upper middle class family in Boston, The Witch suffered the curse of being the middle child. Her older sister was the golden child everyone had hopes for, and her twin siblings got most of the love and affection. The Witch was quite starved from it... and became quite lonely, and rebellious, because of it. The girl did everything in her power to get her parents to even take a break from her siblings if it meant that they would pay attention, even if she herself believed that she really didn't care. This became true later, but not at this point. The girl did everything to get her parents attention: Black clothes, vandalism, minor crimes, dating bad boys, dating bad girls, and finally, witchcraft. However this turned out to be something she found great interest in, relying on the spirits around her, seeing what could be accomplished with a charm or spell here and there. She loved it, even though she didn't believe true magic was a thing. But her love and religion was forced onto the back burner with her upcoming graduation. While she was rarely acknowledged for her actions, Her academics were exceptional. She also did a few sports and was quite agile and enduring. She had a few friends but while bullies stayed away, so did most people that were put off by her rebel attitude and witchcraft. The girl went on to law school and began studying defense law, occasionally cracking open a dusty tomb to read more on her religion, but remaining diligent in her studies. She graduated and moved back to Boston, to lord her own success over her parents. She was a success, even though they didn't care about her. One of her first cases in open court involved a young man who was being discharged under false drug use charges. After winning his case, he asked the lady if they could discuss her payment over dinner. Turns out, he payed her with a wedding ring, a year later. Soon after, Shaun was conceived and the Witch was finally happy with a family... whom loved dedicating their time to her... until the fateful day Nuclear Fallout began SPECIAL S: 2 P: 4 E: 4 (Use Special Book on it to make it 5) C: 2 I: 6 A: 9 And L: 2 Stats you mainly want to invest in. Make sure to invest in Science, Sneak, big leagues, Blitz, Gunslinger, Hacker, Lock smith, Nuclear Physicist (only two levels) Aqua Girl and make sure to invest in Intelligence once along with the bobble head. As for gear, use the Disciples cowl and Children of Atom Long rags for a creepy witch feel. Use any black armor on top. Possibly shadowed leather. Weapons: Gamma Gun, possibly Lorenzo's gun for a Telekinesis 'Spell', a Fiery Laser Pistol, and a Plasma pistol. Also use Throat slicer or the shishkabab. Companions: the Witch may seem evil, but she is kind to any who show kindness to her. She is also openly bisexual, so feel free to romance any companion. Piper and MacCreedy make good choices. And Preston Garvey, if you like the minute men. Get Deacon's perk regardless. Factions: The brotherhood would see her acts as abominations against humanity (for some reason) and she is not interested in the ideals of the institute, caring little for the lives of others, as it reminds her of her own parents. The railroad or the minutemen are good choices for this build.
This is amazingly perfectly timed. Ive been spending all week trying to make a Space Marine build on my own, all because of the Aeternus. Writing this comment before watching, so I dont know if this build USES the Aeternus, but still.
You 2 are amazing and give this game more replay value than most DLC content , thanks for doing these. For this build . I named my character Leman Russ ( I'm sure I'm not the only one ) :)
In terms of under Armor appearance and apparel. I recommend Marine Armor. Not only is The Crusader a USMC Veteran but the COA paints you can give the Armor suit the build quite well. 👍
I am a serious Fallout 4 player and have done at least 10 builds over (almost all being FudgeMuppet builds) 3000 hours. With that being said, playing this build has to be some of the most fun I have ever had playing this game. Not only does this guy hold his own well in early levels, but he becomes hilariously overpowered in the later stages of the game as well. But while most builds have similar results in power near end game, this one feels different. There is just something special about basing a character in fallout around the love of radiation along with the very different and particular goal of spreading it. I feel that doing so results in an amazing build because it has a very strong sense of direction that many builds lack. I feel like a lot of builds do not have a very clear direction in all scenarios, and therefore the more nuanced choices in the game, but this guy has such a simple and clear cut goal in mind that it is hard not to understand or decide what choices to make. In addition to all of that another amazing thing is that this build takes all of the radiation related weapons, armor, and aids and which most builds would only use reluctantly, and makes them something to actively seek out and center a build around. All of that being said, I did not play this build directly as suggested, opting for a few changes taken from the other children of atom builds on this channel, as well as some personal decisions made after lots of thought and consideration. For example, killing ghouls and super mutants is not a religious thing, but rather a self defense thing because I have personally never once seen a child of atom hate ghouls or super mutants, and I instead would assume that many would embrace them due to their tolerance or love for radiation exposure. My build is still a part of the Brotherhood, but not necessarily out of an affinity for their elitist ideals but rather because of their use of radiation (energy weapons and power armor both are close enough to this). In addition to this, the biggest reason I stick with the brotherhood of steel, however, is Liberty Prime, because what true child of atom could possibly resist showering the commonwealth with mini nukes and nuking the institute? I just realized I probably wrote way too much, but that's my thoughts and experience on this year old build.
the thing I love about ol fudge Muppet is the fact that you can completly change what ever you want, I started my BOS build and I wasn't interested in unarmed at all but after watching this I'm super excited to change out iron fist with big leagues and get the atom's judgement to rek house with the bonus from nuclear physicist.
I made something similar with a male character. I call him the Nuka Addict. I use the thirst zapper quantum grenades and the x-01 quantum armor. Under said armor I use cappy shirt and jeans with ballistic weave. Also to make it balanced I only use nuka cola as healing items
My Captain Cosmos uses the Junk Jet as one of his weapons. I renamed it to "Jangles Launcher". It'll shoot out Jangles the Moon Monkey toys, but they're hard to find. I haven't found one in a while.
Hey Fudgemuppet so I've been playing a ton of dishonored recently in anticipation of dishonored 2. And I started to wonder how a dishonored build for fallout would work so I've come up with some ideas. So first off you'll be using stealth since Dishonored is a stealth game. Or you can use combat since it is a good mix both. The chems will be the magic Jet=bend time Berry Mentats=dark vision. And you will want make use of the syringer since it's like the crossbow. Bloat Fly larva=summon rats, you can use this to distract enemies Pax/mind cloud/lock joint=sleep darts
BUILD IDEA! The Commandant, A evil, purswasive, maniac who likes to keep his hands clean, S- 1 P-1 E-3 C-10 I-8 A-1 L- 1 This build uses companions, the animal friend, Wasteland Whisperer, Robotics Expert, Intimidation, and Inspirational perks to command others. He will use the Alien Blaster as a back up.
I've been playing like this on my second character for months, with main perks Pain Train, Moving Target, Big Leagues and Heavy Gunner. I also some pistols cause the Gatling Laser and Sledgehammer are soooo slow it's sometimes frustrating to play with. I also think the gameplay doesn't do this build justice, there's a few tricks that make playing with Pain Train a bit cooler. Right after you charge into an enemy, you can hold down your melee button for a quick follow-up sledgehammer hit. Also you can start sprinting, use your jetpack to reach an enemy that's out of your reach and if you get to them while still jumping, Pain Train still activates. It's a pretty underrated skill imo
Great build as always and something I have always wanted ever since in saw Atom's Judgement. For the power armor did you think would be better the Tesla pieces with honor and vengeance or just the stuff you get from the BoS quests? Glory to Atom!
I think a Witch Doctor build sounds pretty bad ass. I'm not sure how you could do that but, seeing the many amazing past builds you've done which I myself couldn't even begin to think of I'm sure y'all would figure something out and make it absolutely incredible.
Yeah I kind of figured that would mean no voiced companion mods :( still thinking i'm going to switch to the Xbox One but i'll wait to see if the PS4 gets any good ones before I do. Hell i'll just do it anyway fuck Sony.
So this is my most recent playthrough July of 2019. I haven't ever destroyed Far Harbor before, that was hard dudes , but this build is the most fun. I've had in a while major thumbs up
Excalibur Prime that is not true at all, unofficial fallout patch wil be available for the PS4, and there are a lot of good mods that uses main game files
I mean a real rough and tough outdoorsman build, not the cold killer that was the Gunslinger. Makes use of a lever action rifle and a knife, with a revolver as a backup.
even though it's not necessary, getting a mod for full dialogue options and silent character help with role-playing. just remember to turn off dialogue camera in the options (these mods are also on Xbox currently)
Just to let anyone reading know there is now a space marine mod you can down load it comes with the space marine power armor with a bunch of paint jobs and a fucking bolter gun
"So I had an idea, Paladin Stuart." "What's your idea?" "So everyone knows and fears our power armor, right?" "...Yeah...?" "So what if we put a suit of power armor on our power armor so we can power armor while we power armor. We could call it...the DREADKNIGHT!" "That sounds fucking stupid. Let's do it!"
I'm rocking this build for a no vats/no stealth survival run, and while it's a bit rough in the first like 10 levels? By 15, it's a straight up chainsaw. I just got my gatling laser, and like 20ish fusion cores, and damn. I'd suggest it, it plays like nothing else out there. Plowing through people with pain train and then knocking their head off with a sledgehammer never gets old. It's also surprisingly viable on survival, even with some heavy weapon usage, because you only really need the 2 weapons. That leaves more space for fusion cores and junk. Only thing I did different? I *do* mess around with very light settlement building. I figure dude's ego is big enough that he wants lasting edifices to his might, so I've scattered various heavily fortified bunkers throughout the commonwealth. He also does work with Nick a tiny bit, on the logic of "this is a tool to get what I want, so I'll use it before I throw it away". I figure he's self-centered enough to be a bit of a hypocrite, when it suits his needs.
Another great build guys! Like the 10 strength ten intelligence build! I love watching your guys videos because I'm never disappointed 😊 you guys always have good role playing stories. Keep up the good work definitely can't wait for the next one :) if aloud to add an opinion I think it'd be cool to see a Nuka guy build that's luck intelligence and endurance split ☺️.
I loved every bit of this video and build. Way to go Fudge. If i may make a suggestion , the Space Marine power armour mod would be ideal for this build ( for added flavour ) , painted in the colours of the Black Templars.

Timpas Tofflor it’s such a functional build too. You can get all the armor and weapons pretty early, making the wasteland seem a lot less threatening.

i love games like 40k so much
The idea of making hybrid faction builds like this is so cool
For the Emper- I mean, Atom!
Atom protects! But a fully upgraded Fat Man never hurts either.
BUILD IDEA! The Commandant, A evil, purswasive, maniac who likes to keep his hands clean,
S- 1
P-1
E-3
C-10
I-8
A-1
L- 1
This build uses companions, the animal friend, Wasteland Whisperer, Robotics Expert, Intimidation, and Inspirational perks to command others. He will use the Alien Blaster as a back up.
4 strength, and the special book will be used on intelligence, making it 9.
Essential Perks: The ones listed before, Gunslinger (For side arm), Nuclear Physicist (To keep power armor open as an option.)
Thomas Mason that sounds like slaver
It's a pretty underrated skill imo
wooooooooo a Warhammer 40k build now we need da orkz
Happy to see a completely unique idea. It's not like you did something exactly like this.
Great build as always and something I have always wanted ever since in saw Atom's Judgement. For the power armor did you think would be better the Tesla pieces with honor and vengeance or just the stuff you get from the BoS quests?
Glory to Atom!
Now this is a cool build! Keep up the good work guys, you're doing great!!

I'm not 100% sure you've discussed this already but have you considered modded builds?
I think they made a video about it. Considering it, I mean.
Harambe Yes, in a video recently they said they would do it
have you considered not getting shot *grabs popcorn*
Chase Carter dont know to who this was directed still how childish
I have been waiting so long for this build. Emperor(Atom) bless, Fudgemuppet.
ALL HERETICS MUST BE PURGED!!! FOR THE EMPEROR!!!
So this guy's like the most powerful F4 build y'all have made? Awesome.:-)
Can i listen to Gregorian Chants while playing this build?
I think a Witch Doctor build sounds pretty bad ass. I'm not sure how you could do that but, seeing the many amazing past builds you've done which I myself couldn't even begin to think of I'm sure y'all would figure something out and make it absolutely incredible.
Chems.
This build is 10/10 would smash heretics in the face with a giant green hammer again
This build has a lot of potential. I'll definitely be giving it a try.
I cant wait for you modded builds! Now that PS4 gets mods
Ps4 modding won't allow for external assest so you won't be seeing 99% of mods
Yeah I kind of figured that would mean no voiced companion mods :( still thinking i'm going to switch to the Xbox One but i'll wait to see if the PS4 gets any good ones before I do. Hell i'll just do it anyway fuck Sony.
MrDecuss also there aren't any custom textures, meshes, or even scripts allowed
No scripts? How the hell are modders supposed to do anything?
MrDecuss that's what everyone else is asking
This actually fits with a build I wanted to start this weekend! It's perfect!
wouldn't the end luck stat be 3 not 2?
+Chris Stinson yea it is. We put an annotation in :)
how do u get the helmet?
A quest for the children of atom
Chris Stinson oh okay in far harbor? ty
yep it's a quest you get from the high confessed I believe.
I know you don’t really do fallout 4 builds anymore, but a Doom Space Marine build would be pretty cool
Hey, I still think this would be pretty cool, not gonna lie
FOR THE EMPEROR!!!!
The Golden Throne's work must be done
You say “the Emperor protects,” I say “stand by for Titanfall”
Deus Volt lads, dues volt.
So this is my most recent playthrough July of 2019. I haven't ever destroyed Far Harbor before, that was hard dudes , but this build is the most fun. I've had in a while major thumbs up
Bro it's 4 in the morning

Real men watch videos at 4 am

my favorite build to date! great job!
MODS R COMING TO PS4 WOOOT
nope, not even retextures, cuz that requires external assets
A golden power armour?
Lorenz Del Castillo The funny thing is that all the PS4 mods will be bad
Excalibur Prime that is not true at all, unofficial fallout patch wil be available for the PS4, and there are a lot of good mods that uses main game files
Fabian von Minden Well, besides that one
One of my favourite builds so far
7 am in Boston
Jesus Christ it's Jason Bourne!
Hah u from the Commonwealth?
Another settlement needs your help *12 am at night*
hell yeah Boston rules
instead of Zeus vult let's make it ad victorium
Its not Zeues vult, Its dues vult latin for Gods Will.
Fireblaze's mobile account Deus Vult
DUES VULT!
Love what you did with this concept. Keep it up guysssssssssssss
Cowboy build!
they kinda already did on.
check the gunslinger build
just change the outfit for the gunslinger build
I mean a real rough and tough outdoorsman build, not the cold killer that was the Gunslinger. Makes use of a lever action rifle and a knife, with a revolver as a backup.
I got a warhammer add on this vid I love it
The brotherhood of atom?
god damnit fudgemuppet u make me do new characters every day
even though it's not necessary, getting a mod for full dialogue options and silent character help with role-playing. just remember to turn off dialogue camera in the options (these mods are also on Xbox currently)
DEUS VULT!
I remember asking for this build. Yay me! :D Thanks, guys.
Just when I thought you guys couldn't get any cooler I come across this build!!!!!
For Russ and the Allfather!
found this by not reading. was looking for fo76 space marine... but hey this gives me some ideas even years later.
Just to let anyone reading know there is now a space marine mod you can down load it comes with the space marine power armor with a bunch of paint jobs and a fucking bolter gun
"So I had an idea, Paladin Stuart."
"What's your idea?"
"So everyone knows and fears our power armor, right?"
"...Yeah...?"
"So what if we put a suit of power armor on our power armor so we can power armor while we power armor. We could call it...the DREADKNIGHT!"
"That sounds fucking stupid. Let's do it!"
LIBERTY PRIME!
This build is by far my favorite. Semper Fi
Please more playthroughs, you guys are hilarious!
awesome looking build keep up the good work
This is a really nice build and I might give it a shot, but the personality sounds like he's Mrs. Coddsman's long lost relative.
If i may make a suggestion , the Space Marine power armour mod would be ideal for this build ( for added flavour ) , painted in the colours of the Black Templars.
hey, relatively new fan here. would really like to see a synth build. either way, love seeing your content. keep up the good work.
