Glad you are looking after yourself the right way. My friend had the same thing and her BP went down beautifully through natural means (change of diet, exercise & getting stress under control - through meditation & a new way of dealing with stress). Wishing you well Jim. I know you've got this! 💖💕🌷🌳🍃
Thanks for sharing Jim. I have been on Keto for about a year, down 66lbs. Blood pressure still a little too high but my doctor was impressed with the weight loss. He said I was no longer obese or pre-diabetic. I find Keto a very easy way to live. Sure, I get cravings for "normal" food once in a while but it is not as bad as when I was on Weight Watchers. I hate Weight Watchers. At least now I know if I splurge, I can get back into ketosis easily and continue on. The thing I am working on now is stress. I'm trying to reduce my stress so I can get my BP down to a normal range. Good luck with your journey!
Try going on carnivore and you will be able to get off your blood pressure medicine. It’s crazy I was on Tenormin for decades and went carnivore and was off my blood pressure medicine within two months!
Jim & Jess - I have been so busy with work! It's great to hear you took back control of your health. Dependency on meds is what I hope to break. I have lost 24 lbs on Keto since my last video!! ...and I am off one of my meds with my doctor's approval. I will make a video over Winter break. I just don't have time right now. I am so looking forward to your house build.
Helo Jim, this was a story that runs close to our story. My husband Jim had high blood pressure and was pre diabetic. Went on keto and is nolonger on meds. So glad that you are working twod great health. I will be sharing this. 💕 NonnaGrace
I'm so excited sir i don't wanna Lai I started this exercise few days ago but I feel much better with the BP , I use to feel dizzy even with BP med's and now I feel brand new 🙏 God bless you 🙏
I know what you mean. I’m on blood pressure medication again. The doctor took me off after I lost 20 lbs. I gained back 10 and he put me back on. Then I learned my meds contain a cancer causing carcinogen. You can’t win for losing.
Been dealing with high BP for many years now. Dropped 100 lbs and BP went up so figure that one out. Have problems with it spiking now and then even with all the pills they have me on. Last month when I went for my cancer checkup they sent me to the ER on the spot as my BP was 240 over 140. Glad to hear you was able to beat the drugs and maintain the BP. For some of us that is not gonna happen. Stay healthy my friend and wishing you a long life!
Thank you for the encouragement with your story Jim. My doctor put me on blood pressure meds and I am toying with doing KETO myself 😇 y'all have a wonderful weekend 😇
Wow Jim, not use to you being totally serious. This is great encouragement. We need to take care of ourselves. Glad you are taking this serious. We did well on the Keto diet too but have slacked off. Need to readjust and get more serious with better choices. Thanks again for sharing. God Bless

My BP has been slightly high all of my life, even as a little kid. You are right, it is a process. Robber and I drink green juice for breakfast and eat one meal per day, most days. Feels great!
Been awhile bro I know, but stopped by and listened to what you had to say here. Your a lucky man. Not everyone has that second chance. Take care of your self so you can see this green dream project so. Many blessings to all of you.
Thanks for that. My husband was watching this with me, he also has high blood pressure, hie has not been exercising, until he went to the a weekago, now he exercising, eating better. Thanks for being real.
So glad you are getting back on track with your health. This is something I struggle with. There are day or months I am on the good patient list and there are days I am on the naughty patient list. I am like you , I avoid medication at all cost . I am also one that is afraid of the side effects. My body is so used to tolerate pain, in 2015 I had emergency surgery, they made 6 cuts, and I refused medication at the hospital and refused any to take home. The doctor was so shocked and could not believe I was not requesting pain meds. Don’t get me wrong, I do take medication, but only as a last resort and only once I have reached my pain limit or if it is life saving. Hope you continue on the right track my friend, please remember that my friend Jessica and Crew need you alive and healthy 🤗
I was on the Keto diet for a couple of months. I slow down because I lost so much weight until I became under weight. The Keto diet works. I eat carbs moderately now...I tried to stick to carbs once or twice a day. My blood pressure is now normal. Thanks for sharing. Keto diet is awesome everyone.
Very interesting! Those great lifestyle changes are easy to get away from before we even realize it. Hoping that brings your BP back down, which it should. Thanks for sharing that with us. Many people are in the same situation, it's always encouraging to hear how someone is doing without medicine.
My husband had a massive heart attack last week, one day into his 60th birthday. I love keto 8 yrs now . He will now be joining me. He isn’t overweight , no high blood pressure, normal cholesterol. He was playing football at the time of attack .
Hey Jim, I've had high BP my whole life, even when I was thin and actively hiking every weekend. I hope you can keep yours down. I'm doing Keto as well and I'm due for my next checkup soon
@@ourselfreliantlife Dave is doing it because I had to change my health. I had just tripped over into Diabetes levels and my blood pressure was also high for the first time in my life. I am working with a functional med practitioner and her nutritionist and they keep good tabs on whats going on. I've lost about 45 lbs and D about 35. I will have blood work done late Nov to check cholesterol, blood sugar and insulin but when they checked 2 months after I started my A1C had gone from 6.7 (diabetes) to 5.4 (completely normal) and my insulin had gone from 45 (insanely high) to 14. Still working towards the goal of normal which is around 5. My blood pressure has dropped from an avg of about 160/95 to 120/80 to 125/85. Still not perfect but much better. I anticipate my doc will start looking at taking me off the blood pressure meds soon. It's a hard way to eat because there is no convenience to it. There is no packaged foods that fit in unless you want to spend a fortune for every single thing you buy. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you and us!
Wow, glad you caught that before something terrible happened Jim. And I'm glad to hear that you are keeping an eye on it. Scary stuff. It's good that you are sharing. Could push someone to finally get checked out. Crazy that you didn't feel like crap at the time you were checked out. I almost died when I was 19 from a stomach ulcer. Lost more then half of my blood and was fading fast.
I have HBP as well, but it is under control with meds. Just wish the rest of me would get under control. Glad you made the changes you did Jim. Keep an eye on it!
Thanks for sharing.. I have a high blood pressure and I have one of those doctors that all he does is feed me medications. I just started a diet and hopefully that will take care of it. Piece .
Hey Jim and Jessica!! Sorry to hear that you have had blood pressure issues in the past, and that it's been high lately. That's crazy that the doctor was saying that food and exercise wouldn't help blood pressure. We call BS... It's completely helpful to the blood pressure to eat better, and exercise. That's great that you got off medication through doing a ketogenic diet. We have heard lots of people say that it's a wonderful lifestyle change that helps them lose a lot of weight. Glad to hear you're starting keto again to feel the best YOU that you can be!! Great video and lots of love to you both!
Frustrating how a lot (but not all) want to skip the whole diet and exercise part. I'll be praying for your health and wellness journey! It's not always easy!
Thanks so much! I appreciate having you guys in my corner. Diet and exercise is a tough road to travel in this day and age, but ultimately a much better way to go.
Glad you are able to control it more of your way instead of the medical treatment side. I hate taking meds and one reason why we decided to eat healthier as well. thanks for sharing.
Green Dream Project Also wanted to tell you that drinking celery juice on an empty stomach every day can lower blood pressure and a lot of other cool things. Look into it 😊
Totally advocate what you said Jim, diet is SO important. I've discovered since diagnosed with IBS for example and keeping a record of my diet, there are certain foods that although I like them, I simply cannot eat, not good for me personally. As you say everyone is different, and another IBS sufferer may well be able to eat the foods I can't. I hate taking any form of medication, so ALWAYS look for alternatives on my lifestyle, be that exercise, diet, etc. Hope you keep on top of the blood pressure, mine is opposite in that it's low, which can be just as difficult to deal with. Good luck with the diet.
Thanks Julie! I think that's why nutrition is so difficult to pinpoint, because people can be so different. I think it's good for people to find out what works best for them. I'll stay on it and hopefully I'll have good things to report.
@@ourselfreliantlife Good for you Jim, also worth remembering that as we age our bodies needs also change, what I can eat now is so different to what I could eat when I was younger. We change and adapt all the time.
Keto fan here. Keep it up! Been 3 years for me now and wouldn't change it for anything. Lost lots of weight, but more importantly, got various health issues under control with Keto and feel like a I have a life again. You've got a wonderful project going on with a very special woman. Keeping up your health will enable you both to enjoy your homestead for many years to come. I agree with Raoul, doctors for the most part mean well, but their education is focused on treatment rather than prevention. Sometimes you need both for awhile. Once your blood pressure comes back down, maybe you'll be able to drop the meds again. See if this time around you can figure out how to take food with you instead of doing drive throughs. I usually just make left-overs that I won't mind cold. Keep them in a little cooler in the car. Can also put hot soups or stews in a wide mouthed thermos if you prefer. It's not hard, but it does take getting used to a new routine as you prepare for your day. Here's to your success!
That's good advice. I'm not against doctors, I just wish there was more preventive measures out there. I'm going to be more strict with the diet for sure. Thank you!
So sorry to hear you’re going through the high blood pressure but glad you’re taking steps to remedy it. My sister always had low blood pressure but a couple of years ago she ended up with high blood pressure & had a mild stroke. Blood pressure is nothing to mess around with. Take good care of yourself. I have worried about you & Jessica & skin cancer, since you spend so much time in the sun. I hope you will both use sunscreen, if you’re not doing it already. I know this is an older video however I just came across it. Thank you for it. I too have high blood pressure. I also am overweight. Technically obese. I’m 5-10 and 260. I seem to remember it was high when I was thin. I do exercise but my diet could be better. My biggest problem is drinking. There is a lot of calories there. Anyway. I’m glad you are doing better and thanks again for the video.
You're right, everybody is different when it comes to how to become healthy. After some trial and error I became vegan, and my blood pressure dropped significantly along with my excess weight.
Dude! That’s awesome, I didn’t know you were keto! I’m glad you found keto and it works for you. :) it has probably saved my husbands life as well, and all around it’s such a great way of life. :) As always, great video. :)
With diet and exercise I've managed to get my BP to the point where it's probably too low. This morning it measured 99/69. So today is the first day I cut my Telmisartan pill in half. I'm figuring I will do that for a week and then see if I can cut it out completely. It's hard to get info on how to ween yourself off these medications. If anyone has done this and has any advice I would appreciate it!
The stress of the census work could also be a factor as well. I'm guessing it's kind of stressful to go to someone's house and they see you like an enemy.
What we eat has so much to do with our health. We're trying to eat healthier for farm kid 1 and us too. We used to weigh a lot more and have a lot of health issues. Cleaning up our diet by eating less processed food has been so good for our health. Staying on the wagon is hard with how busy we are too.
I've been watching the clips about the cistern build and now root cellar.. and future house.. but this older clip popped into my feed today.. I am on keto for about 3 years.. I feel great BP is good.. but I can see how the way your living now.. being so busy.. I'm curious if your second try on keto helped? Hey thanks for your sharing your hopeful story that encourages us out here! I was wondering though, how many weeks or how long did it take for your blood pressure to finally go back to normal on the keto diet the first time you did it? Because I just started on my journey of lowering my BP and doing the keto diet.
I'm on 2 blood pressure pills and a water pill to keep my pressure down and yes I did have 2 strokes. I hate it I used to work 12 hour shifts and now I can barely walk and if I stand to long my legs swell and my hips throb. So please take the pill you need to be around for Jessica
Thank you for sharing that Tammy. So sorry you went through all that. I'm going to try this again, but I'm not opposed to doing what I need to to stay healthy.
OH my goodness. That's a scary feeling to have your blood pressure checked and it is so high. I understand not wanting to be on medications. Sometimes they can be a bridge to get you wear you need to go. I do keto as well. Guess how much weight I've lost? NONE. LOL. But my blood sugar is great! hahaha
Sorry to hear the diet didn't work out as well for you. Everyone is different, that's why I get annoyed when people say there's only one way people should eat. Thanks Dalia!
Oh I think it’s working great! I’m not really trying to lose weight, I just think it’s funny that I haven’t lost any. The purpose of it was to help with my blood sugar, which was a success!
Gosh that’s so scary!! It sounds like you’re on the right track again for your health. I’m curious if you’ve ever considered or tried incorporating more of a plant based diet? I know it has helped a lot of people with heart disease and BP.
Thanks Jenn! We have done that. In fact for awhile we were doing a vegetarian keto diet. It kind of fell to the wayside as things got crazy, but as things develop here, we're going to be going more plant based. I think a couple of obstacles right now is the garden and lack of food storage space.
Talk about perfect timing for me to hear this. I am sitting in my doctor's office and he just prescribed me high blood pressure medication to take. I am going to try the KETO diet and do walking everyday. I have never been on medication for anything so today it was a shocker I got prescribed medication for high blood pressure.
it is hard to stay on the right track sometimes, and very easy to fall into bad habits. At least you realized what all of the processed food was doing to you and were able to back track. Good video, thank you for sharing.
I’ve been there before with 220/180 and the Nurses freaked out and called the doctors but my BP problems are because of serious pain.I have degenerative disk disease in my lumbar.I have 5 hermented disk in my lower lumbar and 2 pinched nerves.........everyday is either tolerable or hell for me.
I am glad you are not dead. You can work on the blood pressure by changing your diet. It is alot of work but it does make things better. I sure hope you are not going to have long term issues. Always remember Doctor get paid to hand out pills. If you keep up a good diet. You will be fine.
As healthy as Danny and I eat, we still have high blood pressure, we done the herbal plant base remedy for blood pressure , didnt work, alot of times it is a inherited, but we had to go back on our meds, my blood pressure was getting dangerously high, I didnt have blood pressure problems till I went through the change, and along the same time, my thyroid quit, caused me to have a autoimmune disease, heart problems, hair loss, blood pressure problems, and anxiety issues, I went from a Healthy farm wife, to thinking I was going to die, through all this ,I have come to decide for my self, is losing about 30 pounds which is not easy for me, and staying away from the craziness, being in peaceful place, which is my Homestead, is how I will take control of my body, I'm still on blood pressure meds, but my journey is to get off, I'm proud of your dedication, and getting control of yours, Jess needs you stay around, grow old together, God Bless, xoxoxo
Thanks for sharing that Mrs. Lori! Sorry about all you went through, that had to be tough. Hopefully you can ditch the meds eventually. I'll keep working to stay off.🙏
Ive been Keto 2.5years .... have to stay pretty strict or I get sick again. I’m off all synthetic meds tho so it’s worth it for me (I was on bp meds, beta blockers, synthetic thyroid, asthma meds - all kinds of junk) now all I take is natural thyroid and natural hormones... doing more now than I did when I was younger... I’ll be 50 next month! Any step forward IS A STEP FORWARD! 💚GDP
I was the same way, never went to the Doctor, felt fine, until I didn't. I went into heart failure and my organs began shutting down. I had renal failure a pulmonary edema (cardiac cause) hypoxia and other complications. I came within about 30 minutes of gong into cardiac arrest and dying. I stayed in intensive care for three days just to become stable. After many tests and medications I pulled out of it but I have kidney damage which I am trying to correct using diet and exercise. Moral of the story, if you have or suspect you have HBP, TAKE IT SERIOUSLY. it could save your life.
Jim keep up the good work and keep your blood pressure in check. I also have to watch high blood pressure. I have a family history of high blood pressure and heart disease. When my blood pressure started to rise the first thing the doctor talked about was Pharmaceuticals. Did not even mention weight, exercise or diet. If you read about losing weight and blood pressure you will find that 10 lb weight loss can equal about a 6 blood pressure point decrease. So for that reason I am in the middle of losing a lot of weight. it was also one of the reasons why I started custom garden solutions in the first place. I find the more I eat from the garden the lower my blood pressure is. On a lighter note, I think that you need to dig more holes. That'll take care of the high blood pressure for sure.😎😎😎😎
Your health is so important it must come first. So glad that you’re starting back on a cleaner lifestyle. Next time just keep a cooler in the car and bring food and snacks with you instead of fast food. I know you got this! 💚🌱

We completely understand that. Such good news. You're making awesome progress. 🙏
Helo Jim, this was a story that runs close to our story. My husband Jim had high blood pressure and was pre diabetic. Went on keto and is nolonger on meds. So glad that you are working twod great health. I will be sharing this. 💕 NonnaGrace
Thanks so much Nonnagrace! Keto has really been a gamechanger for my health. I'm glad it helped your Jim as well.🙏
I'm so excited sir i don't wanna Lai I started this exercise few days ago but I feel much better with the BP , I use to feel dizzy even with BP med's and now I feel brand new 🙏 God bless you 🙏
I know what you mean. I’m on blood pressure medication again. The doctor took me off after I lost 20 lbs. I gained back 10 and he put me back on. Then I learned my meds contain a cancer causing carcinogen. You can’t win for losing.
Absolutely! That's why I'm trying to stay off the meds. Sometimes they're almost worse than the disease.
Thanks Mom!🙏
Been dealing with high BP for many years now. Dropped 100 lbs and BP went up so figure that one out. Have problems with it spiking now and then even with all the pills they have me on. Last month when I went for my cancer checkup they sent me to the ER on the spot as my BP was 240 over 140. Glad to hear you was able to beat the drugs and maintain the BP. For some of us that is not gonna happen. Stay healthy my friend and wishing you a long life!
Sorry about that CB! I know you've been down a tough road. Hopefully I can get myself straightened out.
Wishing you the best with your health Sir.🙏
What a realistic clearly informative video🔥🔥❣️🙏🏽 Continued wellness on your journey!
Thank you for the encouragement with your story Jim. My doctor put me on blood pressure meds and I am toying with doing KETO myself 😇 y'all have a wonderful weekend 😇
It might be worth a try. Definitely do some research and see if it's right for you. I recommend the book fat for fuel.
Wow Jim, not use to you being totally serious. This is great encouragement. We need to take care of ourselves. Glad you are taking this serious. We did well on the Keto diet too but have slacked off. Need to readjust and get more serious with better choices. Thanks again for sharing. God Bless
Thank you! It was definitely something on my heart and mind and I had to share. Hopefully this helps someone. 🙏
Oh Jim. Thank you for sharing your story. I hope this helps people. I work in a cardiac unit where we would treat people with super high blood pressure and it is so very serious. Please continue to take care of yourself. The homesteading community needs you around. ~Heather
Thank you Heather! I can't imagine the things you've experienced. I'll get back on track and hopefully this encourages people to get checked out.

Love the honesty and the encouragement for everyone to get checked and to eat healthy in a way that works for them. Thank you for sharing. We love your channel and are absorbing all of the info you share, we are just getting ready to clear our land near the Cochise Stonghold (Sunsites/Pearce area) and have already learned so much valuable information from you! THANK YOU!!!!
Thank you so much!
Very cool! The Pearce/Sunsites area. We have friends that live down that way. Very nice area.
I’m glad you’re making your health a priority. It’s the silent things that reach out and grab you. I know you watch my channel and no my health issues. You never know when you’re going to have something happen that may change your life for good. I’m just blessed that I can make all those crazy things go away and live as healthy as I can now. Godspeed
Absolutely cathy! I think that's the best part about this lifestyle. Is taking control of one's own health.
Can totally relate. Thanks for sharing and spreading the word. Happy that you are with us.🤘.Thanks. LYMI.

Thank you for sharing this!
Thank you so much Jim. I'll take care for sure.
I hope all is well with you.
Good advice to follow Jim. Thanks for sharing. Take care
Thank you Paula!
Thanks for that. My husband was watching this with me, he also has high blood pressure, hie has not been exercising, until he went to the a weekago, now he exercising, eating better. Thanks for being real.
Thank you Elizabeth! That is awesome news. Hopefully your husband sees some improvement soon.
Thanks for sharing, Jim. Hope it inspires more people to stay on top of health matters.
Rob
Thanks Rob! Hopefully it reaches some people that need to hear it.
Whoa! You are tough Zule. I do try to avoid medication, but I don't know if I could have done all that.
I’m dealing with high blood pressure myself. I got my cholesterol down now working on loosing more wait to get off blood pressure meds.
It's a dangerous situation. Hopefully we both can get that under control.
Did you get off your meds.. How long did u take it?
Very interesting! Those great lifestyle changes are easy to get away from before we even realize it. Hoping that brings your BP back down, which it should. Thanks for sharing that with us. Many people are in the same situation, it's always encouraging to hear how someone is doing without medicine.
Thank you! I think diet and exercise should be the first things to try and then medication later. It shouldn't be a one size fits all medical program.
So glad you are healthier. You two are gems!
Thank you so much!🙏
The world is better with u and the misses in it.
😃Thank you!
All things in balance. Been dabbling with keto recipes for healthier lifestyle choices.Sounds like you are on track.
Thank you so much! I'm hoping to make another comeback. It's all about balance.
Thank for sharing a more personal part of your life

Keto saved my life. You've got this! Take it a day at a time and keep your electrolytes up 😁 #KetoOn
Thank you! Keto has been great for me. It's cool to hear it worked so well for you.
Great video guys
Thanks James!
I am so glad you are keeping better track of your BP👍❤❤❤

Thank you very much. I really appreciate the encouragement. 🙏

Sorry to hear that Dave. Will this next checkup be the first one since being on keto? You'll have to let me know how it goes.
Good health is wealth - here's to yours' Jim & Jessica!
Thanks Mike! We agree 100 percent on that.
Be safe bro, hopefully. BP settels back to normal soon
Thank you!🤞🙏
Wow, glad you caught that before something terrible happened Jim.
Sorry to hear that Jay! You know scary situations then.
Hopefully I can get things back in check.🙏
@@ourselfreliantlife Good luck my friend.
Glad for a good outcome and keep at it. I know I need to do the diet again, but ....there is that but. Happy for you.
Thank you Granny Bee. I'm going to keep at it and hopefully I can report good results.
I have HBP as well, but it is under control with meds. Just wish the rest of me would get under control. Glad you made the changes you did Jim. Keep an eye on it!
They can't tame you.😆
Thanks Paul. Hopefully I'll be 100 percent soon.
Thanks for sharing.. I have a high blood pressure and I have one of those doctors that all he does is feed me medications. I just started a diet and hopefully that will take care of it. Piece .
I appreciate you sharing. I think all of us need to keep a close eye on our health.
Thank you! Health should definitely be the number one priority. 😀
Oh my ty sharing prayers and blessings to you friend a little lifestyle change and you be ok sledgehammer that like button

I took it for years and after losing 100 lbs I got off of it but I still watch it closely! Glad you're ok

My boyfriend is now taking a natural alternative called Carditone. I’m not a doctor, but it works for him and the person who recommended it.
Thanks you two! It was tough to hear that from the doctor. A good diet and exercise should always be a part of the prescription.
I think food is definitely the best medicine. Whole foods are the way to go.
Thanks Sidney.🙏

I found out that I am allergic to the sun & break out in a horrible rash. I now wear #50 sunscreen. Love y’all & wish the best with your health & homestead. Love & Hugs from Vicki in Ft. Worth, Texas 🇨🇱🇺🇸👍😃🙏
Thank you Vicki! Sorry to hear about your sister. Hopefully she's doing well.
You're right, the sun isn't something to mess with either. We'll definitely have to keep covered.
You do know that sun screen have chemicals that causes cancer
I know this is an older video however I just came across it. Thank you for it. I too have high blood pressure. I also am overweight. Technically obese. I’m 5-10 and 260. I seem to remember it was high when I was thin. I do exercise but my diet could be better. My biggest problem is drinking. There is a lot of calories there. Anyway. I’m glad you are doing better and thanks again for the video.
You're right, everybody is different when it comes to how to become healthy. After some trial and error I became vegan, and my blood pressure dropped significantly along with my excess weight.
I definitely think vegan is the way to go for a lot of people. We're heading in that direction.
Inspiring. Thanks
Dude! That’s awesome, I didn’t know you were keto! I’m glad you found keto and it works for you. :) it has probably saved my husbands life as well, and all around it’s such a great way of life. :)
As always, great video. :)
Thank you! I kind of fell off the wagon for a bit, but it's definitely a good way to go. It's helped before and hopefully it will do so again.
Green Dream Project oh yes! I believe It will help for sure! Praying for your health.
I think so too. I may have paid a little extra of a price doing that.
glad you found something that helps.
Thank you!🙏
Looks like you are doing the right thing, you are conscience of it and trying to keep on top of it.
Thanks Joey! I'm trying. 🙏
What we eat has so much to do with our health. We're trying to eat healthier for farm kid 1 and us too. We used to weigh a lot more and have a lot of health issues. Cleaning up our diet by eating less processed food has been so good for our health. Staying on the wagon is hard with how busy we are too.
That's good to hear about the positive impact you guys have made in your lives. I'll be back on track soon. Thank you!🙏
I've been watching the clips about the cistern build and now root cellar.. and future house.. but this older clip popped into my feed today.. I am on keto for about 3 years.. I feel great BP is good.. but I can see how the way your living now.. being so busy.. I'm curious if your second try on keto helped? You certainly don't need to lose weight at this time.. your an animal with endurance and strength.. I'm always amazed at what the 2 of you have done.

Hey thanks for your sharing your hopeful story that encourages us out here! I was wondering though, how many weeks or how long did it take for your blood pressure to finally go back to normal on the keto diet the first time you did it? Because I just started on my journey of lowering my BP and doing the keto diet.
Great video and information. Maybe you need crew to chase you all over the property for a hour. Have a great and safe weekend.
Lol! Crew does take me on morning runs.😆👍
Thank you brother ♡♡
Your the one that got me thinking about the keto diet. Thanks a lot.
Thank you Susie! I really appreciate that.🙏
Oh gosh! I hope it comes back down again!!
Thanks Kira! I think it will. I just have to keep an eye on it.
Give it a shot and see how it works for you. Keep an eye on the blood pressure
it is hard to stay on the right track sometimes, and very easy to fall into bad habits. At least you realized what all of the processed food was doing to you and were able to back track. Good video, thank you for sharing.
Thanks Eric!🙏
I’ve been there before with 220/180 and the Nurses freaked out and called the doctors but my BP problems are because of serious pain.I have degenerative disk disease in my lumbar.I have 5 hermented disk in my lower lumbar and 2 pinched nerves.........everyday is either tolerable or hell for me.
You may already know it, but processed foods have a lot of added salt. Glad you're doing well.
I am glad you are not dead. You can work on the blood pressure by changing your diet. It is alot of work but it does make things better. I sure hope you are not going to have long term issues. Always remember Doctor get paid to hand out pills. If you keep up a good diet. You will be fine.
That's exactly what I'm thinking. I hope to get everything in control in about a months time.
Thank you!

💚GDP
Thanks for sharing that Anna! I think I'll have to stay strict to it as well. I must not be able to handle the carbs.😔

When my blood pressure started to rise the first thing the doctor talked about was
Pharmaceuticals.
Lol! Thanks Allen. You can't go wrong with eating from the garden.
More digging videos coming up.😉👍
Your health is so important it must come first. So glad that you’re starting back on a cleaner lifestyle. Next time just keep a cooler in the car and bring food and snacks with you instead of fast food. I know you got this! 💚🌱
