I like vodka mixes, like Smirnoff Ice but if I want to have an alcoholic beverage I usually go for a cold Rekorderlig or Kopparberg. Rekorderlig usually makes cider but Kopparberg makes both beer (usually referred to as Kopparbärs, since "bärs" is a slang for beer), cider, vodka, rum and gin. They're most famous for their cider, though. Strawberry & Lime is by far my favorite from both brands as well, but Kopparberg makes really good fruit lager (beer) with Lemon and Lime.
I think I like The TRY Channel over and above any other "try" things I've seen because of the people. There's a good assortment of personalities, of interests, likes, and they all seem to be friends. The women are forthcoming, not demurely waiting to be asked whether they liked it or not, not hedging or trying to just say nice things. They are honest and spontaneous. The men are too but some have a excellent sense of humor and the means to express it. It's just plain fun coming here to see what these people are going to be tasting and what will come out of their mouths. The women are lovely too. Oh, and I guess most importantly, I can understand what they are saying, don't need a translation. All good!

When they showed the pears one I could litterally taste it. 17 years old, sitting in the backseat of a car on the way to a house party. We downed a third of the pears vodka and then poured sommersby cider in the bottle until it was full again, afterwards we just continued drinking the (somewhat) mixed vodka.
