I have been struggling with a myriad of symptoms due to trauma. Flasbacks, a split personality, somatic symptoms, personality disorders, lack of emotional dysregulation, addiction, etc. I was freaking out in many places, completely lost myself. I did lots of humiliating stuff, like freaking out at my workplaces, horrible fits, running away, sexual compulsion, etc.Healing is long and very painful. You cannot do it alone. I'm stuck and I don't have any help.

I'm in the same boat , bring your stress down. STOP the behavior if you can. Be forgiving.
I have phoned the UK AA number and found some support from non judgemental people. Nope that helps
