Just so people know, When I bought a Serta mattress some years ago, I freaked out. It was so firm that I had to sleep on the couch. I knew a guy at Serta and he told me to relax, and that it would soften over time. He was right. In no time at all it softened and I ended up enjoying the mattress. You really can't review a bed until you have slept in it for at least a month.
Just bought one from costco, I think i will return it. It hurt my back and i wasn't able to sleep. The journey of finding a comfortable bed continues...
I just got this mattress today, and I hate it. The delivery guys took my interspring I would have returned it. :/
I have had this mattress for 5 days now. It replaced a pillow top mattress. I love it. I love the firmness, and I love the height. All my sheets and blankets fit so much better. I also love not sinking.
That's not firm, it's bending in!

Had sealy before and lastly did. It like it much as quality is going down hills for king size but twins are good
How did it come packaged when they delivered it? I’m asking so that when I order mine I know what to tell the front office. I live in an apartment building and you have to take the elevator to get to my apartment.
