Because that would require giving myself infinite stamina everytime and I consider that as cheating. So there's no need to suggesting me combos with these monsters, as I'll just ignore them.
Now I see why ringu and Body Bag didn’t show up when you made that video about 2 specimens with specimen 13 because you said you can’t outrun them without unlimited stamina. Maybe all chase-able karamari hospital monster except 1 (you can’t spawn him) and 2 (you can’t outrun him) with specimen 13. Monster 3,4,5,6 with specimen 13. (Remove monster 6 if this combo is invalid or impossible)
