Combo idea: Outrun Specimen 6, Monster 4, Lisa, Tirsiak, and Spoopers without looking at spec 6, M4, and Lisa but you have actual unlimited stamina.

Try and do unknown specimen 1 2 3 4 and 5

I got a couple more combos than usual ready of varying difficulty so I hope you’re ready for them: 1: endless ringu/Tirsiak/double hooked doll/bekka 2: whiteface (long halls)/double spooper/food demon/bekka (If this combo is impossible, replace one of the spooper’s with bab) 3: Lisa/whiteface (long halls)/endless ringu/goop/parasite (If this combo gets too much, replace parasite for deer lord) 4: husks x5 (may as well have a memey “combo” here lol) 5: bodybag/deer lord/Tirsiak/hooked doll/bekka (unused rooms)

It's been a long time since I've offered combos, so here are a few (I even came up with names for them): 1) so many horns: s8 + s11 + tirsiak + m5 2) see no evil: endless s4 + hooked doll + s5 + s11 + tirsiak 3) without looking away: s6 + m4 + Lisa + endless s4 + Clown 4) cute little animals: s3 + s8 + m5 + Otto + tirsiak 5) there's a black sheep in every flock: Lisa + spooper + m6 + m2 (or s10) + Otto 6) kill them: husks + wormy + m3 + m3 + m5 (I know you don’t like the conditions, but try to kill them all in 1 room)

Sadly, the only 4 monster combo available normally is specimen 13 + 12 + 5 + 2 Bc those are the only ones who can pair Well, unless you got 2 of the same specimen, then you could do stuff like 13 + 2 + 2 + 5, etc

My rating Specimen 2 + 13 = easy Just spam the axe on specimen 2 when you need to wait on a crate Specimen 13 + 5 = hard Go fast. Ik you can’t outrun specimen 13, but idk how much faster they are, so I often spend time waiting on crates, and specimen 5 catches me Specimen 13 + 12 Medium Ditto, but I don’t think specimen 12 can sprint when underwater, so he’s slower by a lot then specimen 5

Wait a sec…why isn’t this run in the ingame leaderboard?

Is it normal how I see the wall texture change EVERYTIME it’s the room before specimen 13, but if their chase theme doesn’t play, this isn’t the case?

I barely handle monster 4 + specimen 2 in endless mode! So 10 monster 4 throughout all of karamari hospital?

Ok, I remember seeing some of those unused rooms in Ryan’s video on them and it’s actually quite a shame that some of these got removed as a couple of them have really unique layouts that the normal rooms kinda lack (well outside of some of the rooms where specimens can spawn elsewhere as I swear I saw bodybag and Tirsiak show up in different spawn doors in that bonus challenge in different rooms and if that is true, combos with both spooper and parasite are gonna be fun lol and totally not cheap) (I’m not actually gonna suggest those two for a while together as I kinda want to get acclimated to the rooms first so I know what’s fair game) Anyways combo time as per usual: 1) bodybag/babyface/patient/ghost cow/bekka (unused rooms) (I’ll use any excuses to do all monsters lol) 2) whiteface (second chase)/food demon/deer lord/babyface/Ben 3) spooper/ghost cow/endless ringu/Tirsiak/hooked doll (Not sure if this one has already been suggested, if so replace spooper for deer lord) Bonus challenge: 1) Lisa/Tirsiak/Hooked doll/deer lord/bekka (unused rooms) (Gonna test the waters for a harder one here in the unused rooms as a way to gauge fairness, if it gets too much, replace deer lord for subject 5)

The unused rooms have a unique feature of having several entrance doors concealed throughout each room. This means you can appear through any of these doors. Where it gets interesting is that this is also the case for the monsters. Which makes most combos much harder. If you're wondering, yes, you can suggest me combos in these rooms if you want to see it more. Keep in mind, however, that some combos may be impossible to perform in these rooms.

Ben is the blandest hellgate chase to me. It's literally just him but you run through different rooms and he can't be crippled. Someone else should've had that spot.

Hello again I honestly really like all the videos you've done, I love seeing the community challenges and all of the (sometimes) unique suggestions people give you, so I thought of doing an easier challenge. Here it is: Specimen 13 / Double specimen 3 / specimen 5 / specimen 11

How did you get spec 13 introduction room in the second chase?

Why did hooked doll leave after just 9 rooms on the 6th combo? Also how long does Siren chase you? Is it 40 rooms like white face or More than 30 like spooper?

I don't know what's worse, the stress of being chased around various small spaces while living a decent life. oh the incredible need to go to the doctor after such a dose of chronic dryness that the game can cause with so many lights and pixels on the screen

Idea White face + body bag + siren + ghost cow + normal ringu

It still baffles me with how many specimens properly work with siren as while floaters are expected, the likes of deer lord or bodybag still surprise me that they have pathfinding at all (or how whiteface second chase actually works) I assume they were originally gonna have more specimens be able to chase the player but got removed for the sake of fairness (I still think babyface and hooked doll would be decent chasers for runs tho) Combo list: Lisa/Otto/Ben/endless ringu/bab (Very easy combo I know but it’s spooky month and I thought this combo would be fitting since it contains specimens who fit the season… and I wanted an excuse to put Otto into a combo) Lisa/spooper/endless ringu/double parasite (I’m not sure if this has already been suggested, if not and it gets way too much, replace one of the parasites with either a second spooper or deer lord) Bodybag/husks/goop/parasite/Tirsiak Bonus challenge: Siren/Lisa/spooper/double whiteface (May as well test your limits as a player and add onto your last combo in this video and push you further… However I can understand if that is way too much so if that’s the case, replace spooper with hooked doll)

Whether it's an intentional bug or not, It doesn't take away from the fact that it's terrifying to be attacked by a specimen when it's supposed to be on the menu, if it takes you out of place and off guard almost as if it were going to leave the game to catch you (1:58)

As per usual got a list of combos for you ready: 1) Lisa/spooper/bekka/hooked doll/endless ringu (I don’t this combo has been showcased yet and if so I’m a little surprised, if it has, replace bekka for parasite) 2) double Whiteface (long halls)/spooper/parasite/hooked doll (If this combo gets too rough, replace spooper for Tirsiak) 3) Bodybag/endless ringu/parasite/bekka/deer lord (may as well have a more simple combo for a change but If this has been done already, replace deer lord with ghost cow)
