    Do High intensity circuit training.
    2. Eliminate refined grains and sugar
    3. Sleep well
    4. Intermittent fasting
    5. Eat bananas, broccoli, sweet potatoes, berries, fermented foods.
    6. Have green tea, high protein diet.
    7. Drink cold water
    8. Red chillies and mustard seeds
    9. Green vegetables

      Don't drink more than 2 cups per day....on long term u will have many physical issues....like insomnia as well as ur body won't work without consuming caffeine

    I have been changing my life since April 17. I've been clean eating and doing a lot of research on how to take care of and be good to my body. TH-cam videos have helped me with my motivation.       Try working on your diet first. There's a reason why you became skinny fat in the first place. I changed my diet, started a push up challenge and started doing HIIT skipping rope exercises and i'm starting to see a difference.

    Haha thanks for finally mentioning about carbs. I agree if the goal is fat loss too much carbs is not good esp the wrong ones which should be completely eliminated in our lifestyle tbh considering they have no nutrition compared to whole grain ones. Taking it in proper proportion is key.

    Another great video!! Can you do a video (or do you have one) on tips for vegan diets? And particularly in regards to protein? I'm trying to do a high protein and high fiber vegan diet, but that means that my main protein sources Are lentils, quinoa, and legumes.

    Could you please do a video explaining whether 3 meals are better than 6? I always read 6 meals were better so I eat that way. I count calories so also unsure if all they mean is 3 are better to eat less or whether 3 is just plain better. I prefer eating 3 meals and 3 snacks and all within my calorie budget. So, my main reason is I want a smaller waist. My BMI is 19 and I am happy with my body, I just want that extra boost and smaller waist/ flatter tummy as possible and trying whatever "hacks" I can find on top of what I already do. (green tea, water, weights, cardio, counting calories, eating no carbs, no sugar, high lean protein, etc)

    For years I have been checking thousands of video but this one has it all . I am lucky to have come across. can you please make some video for diabetic(type 2) meal gap timing and what time should the breakfast be taken. whether a diabetic can do fasting. And does exercise make us eat more and finally gain weight. how much time is sufficient for exercising in a day. Thanks again

    I don't want to lose weight because I think I'm fat- I'm not. I just want to lower my body fat percentage (thus losing some weight) in order to have better abs.

    so in conclusion I'm doing this right..... intermittent fasting good diet with lots of protein fibrous carbs and thermogenic foods I eat fermented foods (tamari Miso Menma and Pickled fermented ginger are my favorites) love me some broccoli and I have lost 117 pounds in 2 years but I get stuck every few months and have a hard time dropping weight during this time I just entered one of these slumps any advise.

    How long does it take to lose your gains? And regain them?
    I've read how many people still continue their workout even if they're sick or against advice from doctors. Some do it to continue the momentum in their workouts, others want to sweat out their sickness and many are afraid that skipping a few days will make them lose muscle definition.
    I've learnt so much since subscribing to your channel, I'm steadily transforming my body with some help from your channel, still got a long way to go. Keep up the good work :)

      Takes much longer than broscientists believe. While strength will be reduced after a week of not training, it takes muscle tissue mush longer to truly be lost. If sick - do NOT workout. You are doing much more harm than good (hormones and stress).

    Hi health nerd. If you havent tackled the topic of probiotics and it's benefits yet, I would like to see what you have to say about it. I know you gave a brief info about it on this video, but an in debt one would be nice. I would also like to know what food recommendation you have for it. Lastly, are probiotics supplements good for our body? or would it be better to take it from whole foods?

    My son trained all the time. He is in great shape and already has those killer abs. After getting severe chest pains the echocardiogram showed three regurgitating heart valves. He is only 20 and says his life is over because exercising was his "life". What could he do now to keep fit?

    thanks a lot man. too many good and useful points in just a short video. I really enjoyed it. Can you please inform us about Leptin hormone and how it effects our body due to fat loss please? Also it would be great if you can give us some tips about how can we minimize muscle loss while intermitted fasting?. other topic that I need to educate myself about is how much protein do I have to consume each day in order to stay lean but make a bit of muscle? many people say 1 gram pr lb of my body weight. some sources like kinobody cited .8 gr pr lb but some peolpe goes up to 2 gr per each lb of body weight.

    Thanks for thinking about vegetarians. 💚 For me protein helped a lot. I usually don't really eat any, cause i don't like them actually. When i pushed myself hard to eat lot of eggs and cottage cheese, and a lot less carbs, I got to my goal weight. Since then lockdown happened.. 🤷‍♀️🤣😅

      Ese Mudanohwo I just quit.
      What helped me was 1consistency. 2. Healthy distractions 3. Goals 4. Facing those cravings and mentally working them out , i.e. I want a cig but.. , if I have a cig it will be a disadvantage to me because. 5. Seek out support, 6. Drink plenty of water.
      7. Forgive yourself when and if you need too.

    tempe is our national food...it's really tasty...and also in my Religion teach me to fasting twice a week if you can...and every once a year we are fasting in 1 month...for beginning it's looks so hard...but our body will adapt...it's cleanse toxic from our body if you do regularly​... anyways it's better than starving our self for thinner body... every struggle it's worth it for More healthy body...

    Yep, beans and grains have similar concentration of protein. It's not the point. The point is the aminoacids profile which is better in plain meat. Also digestibility.

    I just want to ask if you are in a calorie deficit for so long and now you have this intense cravings. Coz i used to eat at 1200 to 1450 cal with moderate exercise at 5'0 ft in height cold rurkwy diet and cheat day once a week and have lose a lot of weight and muscle mass.
    i was suggested to to speed up my metabolism again and to remove my midnight cravings on sugar and carbs is to eat more and less workout. So im eating at 1650 to 1800cal with light 30 mins yoga pilates. But i think im putting on some weight.

      me too - my probelm is the information never gets beyond saying "protein carbs fats" none of the vids I've seen EVER tell you *what food to eat to do the diet*
      Also the weighing the carbs and proteins in a special combination fuck it I'll just be fat
