In this 10 min Full Body STRETCHING Routine | Dynamic Stretching | No Repeat
, we will have 10 movements in total performing each movement for 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest in between.

Depends on what I’m training that day, for legs I do the leg focused ones and for upper body the upper body one plus hanging
