Refika! I just discovered you a few days ago, and your recipes are so inspirational that I have already watched Most of your videos! I must say, that if everyone in Turkey are as Lovely as You and your Crew, I definately want to visit! Thank you for being You! I am in Oregon, USA.💜
Hi Refika!! I’m gluten intolerant, so I think I’ll try this with angel hair rice pasta. I’ll let you know how it goes. It might be inexpensive, but it looks like a million bucks!!!
I've had something very similar in a Turkish restaurant in York in England. Very pleasant. especially after a huge mixed grill cooked by an enormous man over the coals. You know that you're not going to be disappointed when the cook is huge.
Looks yummy! Is there a reason there are so many 15-min videos recently? I used to really enjoy the relaxed pace of previous videos. Refika looks rushed now, and the result is a little stressful. This channel is about more than just recipes - I love the Turkish cultural insights, the chat and banter among all of you... It felt like hanging out with some cool, unique people :)
It's great that the videos are in 4K, I've been waiting for this for a long time. Now your eyes will be even more feasted when watching it on the big screen🙌🏻😍🥳
Look very delicious and different for us in the United States.. your videos are amazing and I learn so much from you and your crew thank you and be safe much love to all of you..🐞🦬🐢🥰
Ello from Canada👋 You have the best channel for cooking on YT. I have made so many of your great recipes. People, try them, they are soooo very good❤❤❤❤❤👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Good morning 🌞 Rafika you are beautiful dear sister 🥰 your English is perfection 👍🏼 thank you for another inspiring recipe that I personally have never seen nor heard of 🤩 it looks & sounds absolutely delicious 😋 I believe that I have all of the ingredients 😃 I'll try it 👍🏼 Creator's blessings dear family around the world 🥰 have a nice day🙏🏼
Thank you Refika that looks delicious and I am going to make this dish. You are a delightful person I bless you and your crew. Take care Refikas. Lots of love to you. Beautiful.
Thanks, looks wonderful. Would a little rose water over when served be good? Used to order a dessert at Lebanese place, little crepe like rounds filled with light custard, pistachios over and little rose water syrup. Do you make this? Would love a recipe😊
Love your food, oh my mouth watering, tell your camera lady I am jealous of her because she get to eat and when you made your Hamas she got the left over from the mixture bowl,😅😅 when my grandmother bakes, she gave me the bowl to eat what left over. Of course I am just been funny😅 From Jamaica live in Canada
This looks like the perfect dessert to veganize. You just have to swap out the milk/cream with coconut milk and get a bar of white vegan chocolate or just use alpro vanilla milk instead. I will definitely give this a try.
Kadayif is shredded filo dough. Refika, would cooked and well drained angel hair pasta work instead? Can the sauce be made ahead and chilled? It won't be a 15 minute recipe but would make a dessert to prep. ahead of time. This sounds amazing.
I have never seen anything like this.. looks interesting and yummy. I am always happy to see your videos. As I say, love ❤️ you and your friends who make these wonderful creations for us. Sending hugs and love ❤️!
Refika...why do you time yourself? It makes my heart race 😂😂😂😂🤦♀️ When I cook, I go to heaven, I lose myself in peace and tranquility 😊😊😊❤❤❤ I am going to make this!!!!🙌🙌🙌
@@Refika I love this recipe too and baklava with Turkish delight inside so many different variations of this famous Turkish dessert through Turkey and the Balkans
I have never seen angel hair pasta like that in the US. It comes like spagetti in a box. Straight not crinkly. This looks like Vermicelli to me and the east indians use it in their desserts. I have to look for this in the European store. Maybe, they have it.
Looks really tasty Refika, not sure I can find angel hair that fine, but you don't know until you look, lol. By the way, your English is excellent! Thanks for sharing💕👍
And there lies the problem, where to find a Turkish grocery store. Will check of course, but I'm thinking it's going to be a no. Thank you, appreciate you trying to help.💕👍
Refika, your English is perfect. Never ever say "...with my bad English..."
I agree!
She is being humble lol!😂
the word 'bad' also can mean 'the best' i.e. that's a bad song & that's a bad dance on your video Rafika
* Rafika not Ranika
so bad can also mean the best in the USA 😅😃

Are you going to cook the pasta first?
Did you make it? How was it?

Hi refika. This recipe is yum.. can u please make a famous dessert Um Ali.
In our country we don't have kadiyif ,can you suggest some alternate.
Rafika can I substitute Vermicelli with Kedayif.
In India we have seviya dessert, many recipes and forms. Do check those out. I call it Indian kadaiyaf
❤❤❤

You can find that in turkish grocery stores

Same here. There are no Turkish grocery stores 100 miles from me. @@bkm2797
@@bkm2797 where do you live search that on google map hopefully you can find one🙏🏻
Looks great!😋 I pity people who can't have milk.😢
There are plenty of great non-dairy options. I don't miss milk at all.
They sold this at Trader Joe's for a short period of time. It tasted so good
Can we use vermicelli instead of angle hair pasta?
❤
I m coming to Istanbul on 7th April. Can i hear from you. I really want to meet you❤
