And if he doesn't have it yet, he'll get the Warp Flickers achievement for fielding four Interceptors on a single mission. I still never got around to that one.
@@Shane2020xxx 'Warp Flickers' only requires fielding a squad composed entirely of interceptors. Doesn't have to be 4. Sending down a lone interceptor and winning will get it for you.

I want to see the longer uncut version. This shortcut was fun, but doesn't show anything of the rest of the game like developments, decisions made, etc. Did you make savescum this time? I don't know and I can't verify? And that annoys me. I don't want to save time, I take my time. I want to see a playthrough and be entertained longer. If I want to save time, I look for a Rambobuild highlight video and an ending sequence video and that's it. And there's already plenty of that.
I'm curious if the full Rambo squad is better or worse than 1-2 Rambos with synergy from other knights. And I don't think you can get enough good gear fast enough to do that in a timely manner. Btw., why is a 4 Interceptorsquad not creative? I couldn't find any video of anyone playing this. So maybe it's something new, or am I wrong? 😀 Every other Streamer needs heal, needs "Honour of the chapter", needs "Iron Arm", needs "Gate of Infinity" (Librarian). Will you? 😁
Dreadnaught become like an MMO escort quest NPC. Compared to a Rambo, who is stunning like 5-7 guys for executions, or a Warpbreaker user who can deal 50+ damage a hit 5-7+ times a turn with executions and Justicar Honor the Chapters, Dreadnaught is just standing there staring at his little brothers going beast mode in total awe. He’s like a useless old guy we take on a walk by the duck pond to humor him out of pity.
But who knows. Maybe if you (somehow) rush getting the Dreadnaught early, that will give him more chances to get XP, which would maybe even…Make him strong? I’m doubting that though.
Oh and BTW, the mission to unlock the Pious Absolution frigate sucks Nurgling balls, especially if you avoid all Technophage missions like I was. It was worse than the Craftworld or even the final mission. I ended up desperation Hail Mary-ing the last Malignifier like it was the worst bloom spreader mission. And by the time we actually got the cruiser, we ended up warping to the final boss that same day.
They really need to tone down the spawn sizes on Technophage missions. They’re not fun or appropriately challenging, they’re just a mess. I guess I’ll go write a Steam review to that effect next.
That said, your suffering for our entertainment on this issue will probably be entertaining.

But the issue is your knights are just not strong enough in the early game to breeze through those early technophage missions. Each one is a nailbiter that can go wrong at any moment.
Also I am going to try going the missile launcher route this time to compensate for his lack of mobility. The thing has insane range and can soften up targets from afar as well as remove all their cover. Basically Im going to use him like an MLRS artillery piece that even though can't keep up with the Knights, can still provide fire support from afar. The damage is alright but as I am more going to use it to strip armor and cover than anything else.

@@gameghiskhan Yep, nailed it. Early game you're just nor strong enough. And by the time you ARE strong enough, you just don't need the Dread anymore. I'll be curious to see how Missile Support Dread plays out.
