    My mates mum made these when I was younger and I hadn't a clue what they where called, it's literally taken until today that I finally found out what they are and have the recipe for. Went into my towns local place that makes loads of cakes, roulade, tray bakes, lunches etc, and I asked what they're called whilst buying 2 thick slices löl 🙃 😋 buying the ingredients tomorrow and will be making my own! 🤤 Yummy!!!
    Good video thanks 👌🏻

    It’s easier to use cling film. Lay out cling film, sprinkle with coconut. Put your log shaped fifteen on, roll to the full length of your cling film, getting as much coconut on as possible. Finally wrap in cling film and pop into the fridge. Ta da 😍 Enjoy. Greetings from Northern Ireland xx

    Hi there. These look amazing. Would mini marshmallows be ok or would they still need cut?

      Yes, mini marshmallows are ok and don't need to be cut. I prefer the larger ones as you get more of the squishy middle bit that way, but minis work too. Thanks!

    What could be used to substitute the condensed milk, for an milk/diary allergy . (Also soya allergy so couldn't use anything soya based)

      I've never tried making it with anything but condensed milk, but you can buy vegan condensed milk and I think a coconut milk based condensed milk might also be available?

    Silly question maybe?... Does it make 15 slices in the end?

    • @traybakesmore
      @traybakesmore  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Well, that all depends on how thinly you slice it. I don't usually get that many slices out of my recipe, maybe 12 or so?
