    Love all your recipes Caley. I'm from Scotland but live in Minnesota, my colleagues are loving the tray bakes, mint aero is the fav so far. I do get frustrated with the parchment paper, do you buy already sized ones? Been looking on Amazon and not sure if any good.

      Hello! Honestly, I'm not great with the parchment. Most of the time I just press it in and hope for the best! Or else I cut two strips and lay one vertically and one horizontally. Glad you're enjoying the traybakes, I find that they go down very well with my American friends.

    Never show cutting these tray bakes into squares, I wonder why……. That’s the tricky bit

    Can we make this in a 9 x13 tray?

      The ingredients listed are for an 8x8 tray, so you would need to scale up the recipe for a larger tray, or else the resulting traybake would be a little thin.

    Tip for people who wear headphones beware the audio may give you a wee jumpscare like it did to me
