  • In this video i demonstrated home exercises for elbow stiffness following fractures after immobilization of 4-6 weeks.
    we also demonstrated exercises to be done after surgery for the fractures around elbow.
    we demonstrated the exercises in a step wise manner and progression of exercises in a sequential manner.

    Good day...thank you for this video i got an elbow dislocate last November 29 on December 14 cast taken remained bandage and arm sling.December 27 praised God bandage and arm sling taken.. undergo rehab 6 sessions twice a week then no more..they said i have to continue at home what we do during the rehab but there is still stiffness on my elbow not yet straight not like the other one..Until today i continue doing stretching at home..Looking at your vdeo i add some stretching...How long it returns to its normal position...thank you so much...Evangeline Bacol from Bulua,Cagayan de Oro Philippines..God bless....

    హాయ్ మేడం. నా చేతు కింద పడినపుడు దెబ్బ తాగిలింది అప్పుడు x ray తీశారు.. బోన్ విరగలేదు కానీ మోచేతి దగర దెబ్బ తగలి.. వాపు వుండేది. అప్పుడు డాక్టర్ గారు స్ట్రెచ్ బ్యాండ్ వేసి 5 days రెస్ట్ తీసుకోమనారు.. 5days తరువాత వాపు పూర్తి గా తగిది, కానీ ఎలబౌ దగర కొంచం పెయిన్ ఉండి చేతి నీ పైకి ఫోల్డ్ చేయలేక పోతున్న.. దీనికి ఎం ఐన సలహా చేపడి.. నేను గల్ఫ్ కంట్రీ లొ వుంటూ work చేస్తున్నాను..
