You’re under arrest for not allowing me to bully this woman.
That about sums it up.
Yeah. The man can see she is in distress. I can feel it through a video. Good gosh. He is trying to be a man to help her and the cop is clearly not up for the task to help.

The speech pathologist has probably dealt with a lot of bs in his field to know how to deal with it. The medical field requires a lot of deescalation and patient care, skills that are honestly rarely found in a police officer.
Speech pathologist deal with a a lot of tantrums wether they’re working at a grade school or a old folks home/ hospital… so this toddler cops tantrum was going to have zero effect on this guy
He's the difference between someone that goes into a profession to help the public vs someone that goes into a job to lord over the public.
He was amazing and you can show how educated he was along with being a good person. Great job! I hope he sees what we all are saying about him. I bet everyone would be pleased at him being their medical professional
"Two victims go to the police for help and both leave as criminals " very typical of our justice system.
Nothing is more illegal than informed citizens who stand up for their rights!
@jimrussell1246 I don't feel like legally we even have alot of the rights we should have or that the constitution meant for us to have anymore

@@russ549we dont. The government parades our country as the pinnacle of freedom, when in reality they have divided our people against eachother while subtly taking more control as we are focused on bullshit that does not matter.

Welcome to SF...
Lol😅
Sad - visited SF - visually beautiful it the humanity is so narcissistic in its self. Even the way the neighborhoods are either so marginalized (Tenderloin) or self centered (the rest) 🤷♀️
I love this comment! It is a perfect summation of the video while hitting the most important issue we see with a lot of these law enforcement videos: "They are the expert, because they did Basic Law Enforcement Training". You could hear the scorn in Mr. Austin's voice when he heard Mr. Yadollahi had a Masters. Immediately Austin started down a different accusatory line of questioning for "what certifications in that..." and then was unfamiliar with what a speech pathologist is able to do for our hospitals and for their patients. Bro kept trying to insinuate that only a medical doctor could make a determination, then he took the word from the paramedics that showed up. They aren't doctors either! Glad to see the hot head is removed from his position.

The cop is just flat out lying and making up false statements in another attempt to rattle guy, and he just sorta nods his head and dismisses the lie while coming off as bored. This cop strikes me a textbook abuser, so the fact he couldn't manipulate this guy was killing him.
His determination to get her alone was extremely suspicious.
Gaslighting requires the absence of third parties. And gaslighting is clearly his preferred tactic dealing with people. This whole scheme by the cop fell apart specifically because he was never allowed to be alone with either victim. I would be scared AF if a cop was trying to isolate and intimidate me like that.
I really respect this woman for asserting herself, stating clearly that she doesn't feel safe being alone with the officer, and for holding the officer accountable for his unprofessional behavior.
It's way beyond unprofessional.
Yes, she deserves praise too for trying her best to stand up for herself and advocate for herself and her safety rather than complying which I’m sure was a result of the other man being there and being willing to support her. They were both so brave against that evil monster of an officer.
She doesnt speak english fluently and the cop is trying to take advantage of that. The other man realises this and stands his ground against a cop that's clearly out of line.
Welcome to America.😁👍
This happens more than you think, unfortunately. It's not only the cops, but regular citizens do this deceitful s**t to new immigrants all the time. Typical American culture!

As someone who has learned languages through immersion I can tell you that “fluency” is often contextual. Emotional and psychological stress can interfere greatly with the ability to produce and process language especially those other than your mother tongue.

Plot twist: The civilian was the one serving and protecting.
He is a rock star.
The guy in the first video protecting the Mexican lady? Yes he's a hero and very honest. I need closure tho 😂 I'd love to know the outcome! Was justice served?? Dud the lady sue this cop and he got fired and the man who helped also sued the cop?? Like I need to hear the cop went down!!!!
@@jeroylenkins1745 The crooked cop kept talking about calling his job...he wanted to get the man in trouble or even fired for nothing. He didn't give a chit about messing up this man's livelihood, or getting this sane woman committed. He's the one that needs to be committed.

You were right on! LOL.
This cop is a psychopath!
She is very obviously just stressed with limited English
That is definitely not a mental health issue and not a crime

Well done too the guy that stood his ground in a calm non-violent way. Well done sir 👍
How can you arrest him for trespassing on public property? Then you want to try and get him fired from his job by calling the Hospital. This Cop is nuts.
I got arrested once for trespass to public property. I resisted and got another charge. The states attorney laughed and called the cops dumbasses. He dropped the trespass but unfortunately I did resist so he gave me a small fine.
@@stevehensley5096doesn’t sound true simply because if they found the original charge unlawful then automatically the resist should be dropped because what made you resist wasn’t lawful to begin
I wish I would have been your lawyer you would have gotten off Scott free
@@JordanM1630it doesn’t matter on the first charge you can still get charged with resistance you’re obviously not a lawyer go ask any actual one
@@JordanM1630 Just because that was the case here in San Francisco, there are other states where it doesn't matter if the arrested was lawful or not. Sadly, that's just how it is. Good luck on your bar exam though.
You can be trespassed from public office's, there is always time, place, and manner restrictions in public spaces. But John could not have violated any of the restrictions of that police station. He had legitimate business at the office, was not disrupting any services, and the officer issued no lawful commands. He has the first amendment right to speak, and that doesn't go away because a officer is questioning someone. This isn't a officer with someone in hand cuff, he is having what is supposed to be a consensual conversation with the women, the only way he gets privacy to talk to her is if she consents as she is not the subject of a criminal investigation.
Cop thinks his hour of mental health training during his 10 weeks of training makes him a psychiatrist.
😂😂😂😂😂😂 omg.., I was dying listening to that cop…. As I sit here six years into my mental health degree😂😂😂😂
@drgirlfriend211 good on you, that takes a lot of work. It must have made the cop sound especially useless 😆
This cop is mental and totally full of shit.
They pull that shit for everything. They will attend an 8 hour conference and decide that they can detect a drug trafficker by how they drive. These are not sophisticated people, they are simple enough to be convinced that they actually know everything
@@drgirlfriend211 those training classes give them a very dangerous sense of confidence.
Congratulations to all his fellow police officers who have repeatedly observed this officer behaving like a psychopath and not speaking up! You’re all part of the reason most citizens despise law enforcement! Stand proud

As a military Veteran, I must say that Mr. Y. is the exact kind of person for whom I proudly served. I salute you, sir!
As a paramedic myself I very much agree with you!! And as a fellow first responder, I’m utterly disgusted by this officer and him being totally unprofessional, incompetent, and totally lacked empathy. Thank you for serving and for giving props to a brave man who acted as this woman’s advocate.
God bless you, and thank you for your service, sir.
Thank You. I Appreciate Your Service
And officer Austin is typical republican
Respectfully, it has been a very long time since the US military actually fought to defend this country and it's citizens. There has not been a just, legal, ethical, moral war or battle instigated, or with involvement, by the US government and military since World War II nearly a hundred years ago.
Every one since then has been about helping special interests and their greed and power hunger. Even before WW2, the US was engaged in these kind of corporate and banking greed power moves quite a bit, which is why Marine Corps Major General Smedley Butler became so outspoken with his *_War is a Racket_* speeches and book. He saw it first hand, again and again, and participated in it.
Now _he_ was a true hero who served his country. Not for his numerous military accomplishments and medals, but for his honesty and dedication to telling the truth about how war is almost always about special interests looking out for special interests i.e. a literal racket by the biggest and most materially powerful and well funded criminal mafia gang in the world.
Until _you've done similar,_ you are naught but a shill for those special interests, and you've done a lot of lying to yourself. This is a hard truth to face, but a very necessary one. And to be honest, there were even some corporate shenanigans going on with even WW2, but all in all, was a necessary war. And to think that you say this with pride?
The speech pathologist deserves some kind of AWARD. He is the most calm person between all of them. What is wrong with this cop? This is infuriating.
yes he was!
I’m so upset for this woman. She was mistreated beyond belief. Good for her for standing up for herself. Thankfully the speech pathologist was there to assist her. He was willing to be arrested to help this lady.
Austin is a sociopath that went into law enforcement to intimidate everyone he encounters and make them submit to his authority.
I think he is a what you would call a HERO for being there for the ladies safety knowing that he is going to get in trouble for his good actions.
This cop is dangerous. I don’t blame her for not wanting to be alone with him. He’s gaslighting everybody and trying his best to intimidate them. Threatening to call his boss is unbelievable. I’m glad he didn’t let the cop bully him like he was doing that lady.
Two victims of crimes enter a police station. One is a mild-mannered medical professional, the other speaks English as a second language. Within 30 minutes, the cop on staff has arrested the speech pathologist, and is on the verge of trying to commit the brown person to a mental hospital. Great police work! Keep it up guys!
😂😂😂 you can't make this up 😂😂
I've never seen a more perfect example of a narcissist. Intimidation, gaslighting, and lying to other people about it.
And abusing his power as a police officer, above all else.
Text book. Certifiable
Don't forget the part where he essentially takes offense that someone else is questioning his opinion (one that he has neither the authority, apparently the training, or the experience) on someones mental state. The whole thing smacks of a someone who didnt want to deal with an issue, and had a bruised ego when he was called out on it by someone that actually has the knowledge and ability the cop lacked.
Honestly I dont think anyone would have to have the credentials the Samaritan had to assess the woman as being upset as a result of the situation she was in and the cops aggressiveness but that in no way raises her state of mind to something that needs medical intervention at the time. Anyone with basic human empathy and a little patience should have been able to handle this, obviously qualities the cop lacked. The fact that he did have the credentials he had though, helped immensely in taking the heat off the victim allowing her to collect herself without the cop browbeating her as the cop decided he was a bigger threat his authority and ego.
Probably even closer to ASPD, which is even far worse than regular NPD. All ASPD folks are also NPD, but only a small percentage (relatively) of NPD folks are ASPD.
Not having any affective empathy and conscience (ASPD) is a pretty scary thing for the people around that person. They tend to lie as easy as most people breath.
For years and his department did nothing about it.
Wow, the gaslighting he did to her, "screaming, mental health crisis, on narcotics"
The fact that he was perfectly comfortable behaving like that on camera...
It's absolutely disgusting. May his v1ct1ms get justice, because you know they're out there, they exist.
And the continued gaslighting of the speech pathologist and threats to get him fired. The more the pathologist stayed calm, the harder the cop tried to get under his skin with gaslighting and bullying. I swear I don't think I've ever been more infuriated by one of these videos. A cop should get jail time for this kind of abuse.
imagine what they did before the cameras. makes me shudder.
I'd be suing him for slander.
Ive never been more annoyed with a police officer in my life.

As former EMS I would be so pissed if we'd have got called out for this. She is no way mentally impaired. She's been the victim of a crime and a dickhead cop is gaslighting her. She has every right to be angry, upset, and frustrated
She absolutely should not feel safe around such a bully. And you'd better believe I'd have reported him and been precisely as "obstructive" as the other medical professional.
On the flip side, so long as the EMTs remain professional, and not swayed by the cop, their presence there could be a barrier between the victim and the cop.
@@michaeldenison7339well we saw how that worked out for the actual medical professional on the scene

Bless you and EMS colleagues. Well respected and appreciated by all. NOT THE POLICE. I wish the police had more training to identify their EGO problems and to de-escalate situations.
So the cop with his high school diploma thinks he’s smarter than the guy with a master’s degree.
So glad he got fired.
"Because we're going to have a private conversation" means I don't want a witness to what I'm about to do.
It’s terrifying!
And if anything happened he'd say "She was mentally unstable, she's clearly not telling the truth" Which happens a lot actually.. This ex-officer was a danger and probably has a lot of complaints in his jacket as a officer.
Thanks Phoebe.

3 minutes in and he is telling her she’s having a mental breakdown and threatening to have her taken into custody, for the crime of wanting to speak. What a disgusting, disgusting, disgusting creature. Note: I’m not calling him a man, because that’s too good for him.
PLUS, she obviously is not 'natural' english speaker; and 'it' is unfairly taking advanatage of her by constantly 'interpreting' what HE 'thinks' she is saying. This cop is the actual (complete and unrequited 'narcissist') .....THE "REAL" NUT CASE.
Exactly he should have got someone that spoke Spanish so they could convey to her more better it's quite obvious he doesn't speak the language but instead of him asking for somebody who speaks Spanish or backup he decided to take this on his own
That cop also admonished the trained professional that is licensed to make determinations on people's mental status. Telling him that he wasn't able to do that yet. The cop was trying to diagnose the woman as having medical conditions?
@@richh1576 number one he should have got a female officer, someone who was a Spanish speaker and he should have got the medical technicians to handle it quickly and soon as possible they also have licensed therapist at the police department which he refused to give to her, and he's definitely a narcissist and the most ironic part he kept telling the guy you're not a licensed therapist and you're not a doctor, and neither is the police officer.

If this woman were mentally unstable or having a mentally dysfunctional episode, clearly she could not fill out a report. This type of verbal psychological manipulation is textbook narcissistic gas lighting.
That's the point, he didn't want to take her report, likely because of her broken English (It's obviously not her first language), so he started claiming she was mentally unstable. When the speech therapist pointed this out, Baconbits got all butthurt.
