    Can you please address the following?
    My idea was to evenly irradiate as many cells as possible with just two panels. So, what if you were standing in front of those panels on a rotating platform that would rotate you once (or more) per minute, and you calculated that if you want 20J/cm2, you would need to irradiate the area for 5 minutes, but since you're rotating this would probably be closer to 15 minutes (what with less than ideal angles) so the front, back and the sides would get roughly 5 minutes each. Do the cells "count" that as 5 minutes of irradiation (cumulative 20J/cm2), or more like 15 x 20 seconds irradiation followed by 40 second break (non-cumulative 20 sessions x 1,33J each)?
    Otherwise I'd need to have 2x2 panels and have one 5 minute session for the front and one 5 minute session for the back side to get 20J/cm2. The sides would get the light from excess width of two panels.
    I hope I didn't over complicate things...

    What is the reference for your formula?

    How are you measuring the optical power or irradiance? Are those solar power meter measurements?

      measured with the AuLight Professional Irradiance Meter (not a solar meter)

    Hi, have you done a video on belts? I bought one but it has to be plugged in while using it, so I wasn't impressed with it, plus it was much smaller than the photograph. What belts do you recommend for osteoarthritis?

    So if you are spending 12 minutes at 12 inches then do you get all the low and medium dose benefits as well or are you for example does 'overdosing' the skin and do not get the skin benefits. What is the protocol as far as days per week? i.e. is spending 12 minutes at 12 inches daily create any risks? Thanks for the great videos!

    • @mychondria
      @mychondria  2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Great questions!
      You will get all the benefits that are associated 'under' that time frame too. Each of the benefits are given as a reference from a study which proved the protocol. For you to 'overdose' however , you would have to exceed all these time frames by a lot. There is a large healthy range to work with.
      Some protocols have shown benefits with less than daily sessions, but this is because it is simply more convenient for researchers (hair loss for example they do every second day). We still recommend doing your sessions every day when you have your own device, since you won't be 'overdosing' in any of these time frames, and you'll get the best results this way.
      If you have any other questions, just let us know.

    So a better formula is: D / (0.6 * X) = T
    Where: D = dosage, X = mW/cm^2, T = minutes to cook yourself

    • @mychondria
      @mychondria  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, re-arranging the formula to have time (T) on one side does make it more user friendly.
      *I believe you meant 0.06 instead of 0.6

    I have the Mito Pro 1500 + 750. They list the irradiance of the 750 as >165mW/cm2 but a fluence of 2.4 joules/cm2/min. That’s nowhere near what your formula calculates unless I’m doing it wrong. Any idea why? Which number would you use?

    • @mychondria
      @mychondria  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Do they give the distance that the measurement, and the fluence, we’re given? Perhaps those are different distance, because as you get further away those measurements decrease.

    • @selahr.
      @selahr. 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@mychondria Ok that appears to be the problem. They don’t make it easy to understand. They say the irradiance is at 6 inches but then don’t list a distance for the fluence (which is right below it so I assumed it was the same). I missed the notation that the fluence was rated when using it as directed in the user manual… (why do I have to go scrounge through the user manual for this?!). Their user manual recommends standing 12-16 inches away from the panels. Thank you for helping me make sense of it.

    Do you know of any device that can reach the brain?.
    Thank you ✌️

    • @mychondria
      @mychondria  ปีที่แล้ว

      To reach brain tissue you will want a device which uses near-infrared light. Research has shown that this type of light can penetrate the skull and reach your brain tissues.
      All the Mychondria devices include near-infrared light at 850nm, the perfect wavelength for maximum penetration and mitochondrial stimulation.
      You can find the full collection below:
