I can perfectly play eternal and then move on to 2016 and I won't mind the changes between the two games. Obviously what matters in the end is the personal taste of each one to what they want to play!

@@Man-ds9ir I did one practice run and got him first try, that’s not this run though, I went for it again till I got a pretty fast run on him which took like 8 more tries. Yeah on some of these bosses I No Damaged em more than once but went again just to get a good looking run, Icon of Sin is certainly not one of em, that boss was a pain to No Damage such that whatever I got that was a No Damage run I’d upload, do not want to go through that again…

@@Arches_Games I probably won’t return to console, because if I need to game on controller I can do it on PC, can’t go back to 1080p 60fps on a 60hz tv after gaming on 1440p 160-180fps on 170 hz. As for the controller thing, maybe one day for a throwback.

Dude this is really cool well done on the no damage runs I just started doom eternal on my laptop but I use default keybinds and I wanna get into quickswaps So do you have any recommendations for binds?
My binds aren’t a favorite for most it seems (mainly because I dash with r lmao) so really I’d say when choosing your binds (assuming you’re not staying with default) try and think what actions you feel are most important and put those on more accessible keys. For me 1 2 3 4 and E are Shotgun, Heavy Cannon, SSG, Rocket, Ballista, respectively, and you can see those are the weapons I use the most, easy to access and makes my gameplay easier to perform.

This is just constructive criticism for ya, but Eternal’s kinda at a point where posting stuff like “ARC Complex Playthrough - Ultra Nightmare” will now fly under youtube’s algo, because nearly everyone’s done a simple playthrough video, even when I was starting (around the later half of 2021) that didn’t work out, so I try to be a bit more creative and try and standout by posting things that are a bit more unique, OR if I am doing a playthrough, titling it something that attracts viewers that know and do not know the game helps a bunch, because naming it “ARC Complex - Ultra Nightmare”, only the DOOM fans or people that play will know and understand. One of my most successful playthrough videos was an Unreclaimed Earth UN run that I titled “beating DOOM Eternal’s Hardest Level” with a thumbnail showing the slayer surrounded by demons, the combination of the two I feel stood out compared to other people’s runs of the same level and is why yt recommended the video as it did.
Why not use the chaingun shield. And also, Icon fight flows so much better with the BFG, should've used that. It's pretty much designed that way. God tier gameplay as usual.
I have just finished the campaign on Hurt Me Plenty and was pretty satisfied by that! Meanwhile this guy.... Good job man! Seriously, I just can't even fathom how long the grind is to master the game this well and then how many tries it took to nail each lf these bosses (WITHOUT TAKING DAMAGE!!?!?) Hats off!

Both weapons are cringe, besides SmvR already did Icon No Damage with BFG, so I needed to 1up him.
Completing no damage challenge on PC is much harder than console because of the FPS.
