Absolutely! Quitting nicotine or vaping is so empowering for you! Helps you create self respect, love and leads you to the start of your spiritual journey. A big part of quitting smoking is addressing the role that nicotine has in your life, such as helping to manage loneliness, boredom, anxiety or stress and then creating an environment that supports the journey of quitting. It might be hard and uncomfortable, but it’s worth doing it! Thanks for the uplifting video Dr. Frank!🙌❤👍
3 months no nicotine. Man I was really fighting it before. 1 thing I really recommend is keep a list of the cons. For me its in my wallet. Im really excited about what is new Dr. Frank. Since I cant use nicotine to suppress my creative urges it feels like this massive surge of energy bursting every day to find an outlet. Thanks for your help, you do make a difference.
Around three months here but really am not trying to count people just keep asking how long, my brother smokes every day leaves his stuff out, I’m so proud of myself and make sure to remember to stay on course. You helped me pull the trigger, I just did it on a whim, even though I was still well within the clutches of thc and nic with no plans to quit any time soon. It sucks how much people believe weed is nothing but good im really glad I live In a southern state lol. Thank you so much. The money you saved me, the time I have back, the mental clarity, the energy I have. Those things are priceless. Thank you. Only people like you are truly aware of how much you increased the quality of my life. Thank you.
9 Days off Nicotine for me today. Quit cold turkey after reading Allen Carr's book. It honestly wasn't that hard but it is frustrating the hell out of me that I feel as though I have a 9 day old itch I cannot scratch.
Nash, The beginning is the hardest, especially the first 2-3 weeks. But with time, it does get better. You'll feel energized and clear-headed. Try to distract yourself and keep busy. Stay positive and strong!👋❤💪
Hey doctor, i hope you do more of these breakdown type videos they're very helpful and informative, thank you for your service and keep up the goodwork!
I’ve been free from nicotine for a little over 2 weeks. I’ve been struggling the last couple days and I almost relapsed today. Thankfully you helped me get through the day and I’m all in on improving my life. Thank you.
@@KILL_THE_HIVE_MIND Vaping. The addicted side of my brain is constantly negotiating with me lol. I don’t have any withdrawals at this point it’s just a mental battle.
@@Fwintix yeah totally hearing ya. I've switched to disposable vape after getting off tobacco for 25 years. Vapes are easier to quit. I know that much. Well done mate. I've quit tobacco, weed, caffeine, sleeping pills, adult content, and alcohol, in the last month. I'm doing really well too. I know it's over. I dug up the trauma as to why I'm an addict, and dealt with it the last 10 months after a really bad incident. Just the vaping left mate. Wish me luck.
@@KILL_THE_HIVE_MIND I’m happy to hear that you’re bettering your live!!! If you haven’t read “easy way to quit smoking” by Allan Carr I highly recommend it. They have an audio book that’s around 6.5 hours long.
Tbis morning I threw out my vape before work, and 8 hours later when I walked in my door I picked up my other burnt vape and went back to my car and grabbed all my swishers. I walked to the trash can outside my apartment and hit my vape one more time and threw it all out. Godspeed. This is going to be the hardest couple of days of my life
So I have to "attack" the problem at all angles, try and focus on the positives I can control, and that should also help feeling better somewhat which should make it easier
I think I undestand what can happened with cutting down on caffeine or nicotine now. If they cut down on nicotne or caffeine for a day. If they are still awake at 1am. They might have caffeine because of the withdrwal making them feel unwell and not normal. Maybe this could be why some people don't like cutting down a lot all at ones. I think caffeine has affected me like this
Dr Frank/comment section, Do you have any recommendations for the oral fixation associated with chewing tobacco? It’s honestly been a major struggle for me.
I have been running this content and method for years, I posted this method over 3 years ago. Here is the link with my content from 3 years ago: since I give it all away for free it is constantly being repurposed by others to which I am glad. Lastly this is spin off of a commonly used method of recovery that I learned with my own twist several years prior. th-cam.com/video/bbY5S9FbVPY/w-d-xo.htmlsi=Asrb9IQwsdcB3mQj

What is the approximate ratio of KSM-66 to NAC in the gum? Is it or 1:1 or what? How much of the 150mg dosage is KSM-66 and how much is NAC?
Stop there and just learn how to quit. You don't need ksm-66 or nac, just don't smoke or vape. You have free will. Vaping or smoking is a choice.
When cutting down or quitting. The withdrawal might not be the same everytime. Even with the same person

Nicotine is the hardest thing to quit
This stop method was posted on a nofap board a week ago. 😂Dude is running out of content and needs to learn from others now, to teach us.
A G That's an unfair comment for a guy that helped a lot of people quitting.
Nothing wrong with doing research
