How It Feels During ALL OUT 1KM Time Trial!

- A few months back I attempted to run 1KM at 2:50/km - The speed the late Kelvin Kiptum managed on average over his world record at the 2023 Chicago Marathon.
I'm back again to try and put my failed attempt right! - บันเทิง
I can't hold that pace for 500m, let alone a k. Well done, pbs are soon to be flying at you🎉

World records are insane! You can easily visualise how daft the long jump and high jump world records are, but only when you realise how hard it is to maintain 2:50/km do you appreciate how utterly mental that marathon WR is! Dreadful that we have lost Kiptum.

Hey mate, I use the integrated Garmin overlay feature built into the insta360 software. Pulls it in with the click of a few buttons!
You're fast, mate. Your 1k speed is much higher than mine, but myb5K and 10K pbs are currently quicker. Are you trying hard enough in races 😂 only joking, we are all different.
