- At the end of my 3rd week of upping my milage I head to another new London Parkrun - Burgess Parkrun!
I am hoping to go sub 18 once more - hopefully without having to go into the depths of hell!

Been slowly getting into running over the last 6 months, building up to a half in October - so glad I found this channel, great motivation, amazing entertainment. The dulcet tones and hilarious commentary are perfect! Also there's something hypnotic about those eyebrows.....

Yeah, definitely a quick one! If I can get my head in the game properly next time, that final 1.2km in a straight line should help smash a PB on some fresh legs!

Yeah, was a lovely and quick course. Wish it was just a touch closer to me as it has the most perfect straight line for 1K intervals 😂😂😂
