- D Mills is back at the Eastbourne Summer Course Parkrun but unfortunately it's not very summery!
Wind and rain are lashing down, but D Mills is hoping to still put in a good show starting at 4:10/KM, speeding up every 1KM by 10seconds to finish the final 1KM in 3:30/KM.

I have a strong dislike for the summer course. Especially when the grass isn't cut at the start. Lost my car key here (unknown hole in my pocket) and it was forever lost to the long grass. Something quite satisfying about watching someone else struggle through it though 😂 I run with Chris who came in first here. He just flies round. Well done D Mills 😁

One of my least favourite parkrun courses. Much prefer the 'Winter' course at Eastbourne.
