You’re the first person on TH-cam who addressed the fact that one’s head shape affects the wig band. The back of my head is flat and I have to use hairpins in my short ponytail to keep the wig band in place. Sometimes even that doesn’t work. Thanks for reminding us that we may have to adjust wig and wig band if we’re wearing it all day. I’m African American and we have different hair textures which makes a difference. Many of us have 4C coils and we cornrow our hair and that can keep the wig in place…pretty much like you’re “buzz cut” has texture to help your wig stay on. However my hair is slippery, and too thin to cornrow without having more hair loss. Because I have hot flashes I’m not one for a wig cap as it makes my head much too hot. Scared of glue because it may not hold if I sweat too much. Thanks for all your great tips ❤
After 3 yrs of wearing wigs I only just now found you! Thank you for a great video. I’m a new subscriber and I’ll let my wig sisters know that they will be missing out if they don’t check you out!
Thank you! So glad you are here! 💕💕
You are gorgeous in both styles, with wig and with your natural short hair ❤️you rock the buzz cut. It makes your eyes pop! Keep slaying beautiful! Many greetings from Germany.
Thank you ! 🥰💕
I love my wig grips. I don't use them wirh every wig, but I feel extra secure when I do use them. One of my grips has a lace panel to use with lace parted wigs.
They were truly a lifesaver for me, if not for the grip, I have no idea how I would have kept a wig on my head. 💕
I'm new here. You look great with or without hair 😊😊
Thank you! 🥰💕
Thank you! Super helpful!
Thank you for sharing ❤

Thank you! 💕💕
Looks so natural
Thank you ! 💕💕
Thank you!
💕💕
Any tips for us flat heads? I've got a flat back head and the grip slips up along with the wig at the back. The more you try tightening it the more it creeps up due to the head being flat
So pretty !
Thank you ! 💕💕
I love the wig grip
It was a life saver for me, for sure ! 💕💕
Your wig is what I’ve been looking for.. both style and color! Please share details if possible ♥️
This wig is a Follea wig I purchased from Sophie Hafner: www.sophiehafner.com she colors and cuts my pieces as well. 💕
Do u have a link to share or website where to buy your wig your wearing ? U look fabulous btw ❤
You are stunning 🎉
That is why I use "It Stays" It washes off easy.
What do you do when say your on a date and the date spontaneously says "you're beautiful" and tries to put their hands through your hair? Any tips? (from anybody)
You're beautiful! You remind me of the actress Kate Mara. You even sound like her. I must have a flat occipital because my wig grip sometimes slides back. 😢 I saw a video that said to NOT tighten the wig grip because it will stretch out too much and then be useless. But Ineed it tight. Is that true? 😢 Thanks for the tips!
I never read anything about making a grip too tight because it will loosen, I only know what I just did on the fly, as I went with it when I got one in 2012, but to me the only reason to not make a grip too tight is to avoid giving yourself a tension headache or discomfort. The purpose of the grip is to keep the wig on and for that to happen the grip has to stay on, so whatever tightness (comfortably) that is needed to make it happen, I think that's the right level. 💕💕
@@WomensHairLossProject Thank you. That's what I thought, too. If it's too loose, what's the use? It's not going to keep the wig on. But now that you say a too tight wig grip can cause tension headaches, I think it's true for me. I'm wearing it too tight. Thanks, "Kate!" 😊
Can I use any sort of grip for a topper? I hate the clips on my topper, it cost 1300, I have it 2 months but have only worn it 3 times
they do have topper grips, specifically for toppers, but I've never worn a topper so don't how well they work with it. 💕
@@WomensHairLossProject thanks
I tried the wig grip and it did not work for me, but Got 2 be glue works for me. I can keep my wig on for a week and goes no where, stays in place, even while sleeping in my wig for a week.
Do you put it all over or just the front and Back?
Got 2b glued does seem to work well for many women, thank you for sharing your experience with it, as the Grip doesn't work for everyone. 💕
Where do you buy the wigs at?
Most of my wigs are Follea wigs, and I've purchased them from Sophie Hafner: www.sophiehafner.com (the one in this video) I also have a few from Dini wigs, and one from Lena Wigs. 💕
My grips don't stay on. Must have a flat back.
You didn't say what's in the spray bottle !!
I thought she said she just used water in it.
@@cassandrawentz4235 Yes it's water 💕
It's water 💕
