The round shower is clever but not terribly effective use with limited space. Those appear to be inexpensive IKEA chairs in the living area. No idea what the price is but I would guess north of 200 k. Nicely done.
This is called a reverse layout, they evolved after the cruier stern as people socialised on the stern then went down in to the kitchen and saloon and the bedroom and private well deck is at the front. Most demonstrations of these they enter via the stern.

Something like this would be awesome for anybody who is interested in living in a boat (or tiny-home in general, this just happens to be a boat instead of a trailer)...just needs things like solar etc. to make it better :) Still, a great boat! But if I could afford that, I'd put a motorcycle (or a quad-bike or something like that!) on with a shopping-trailer :) (can't have a car on it easily, but with a trailer even a motorcycle can be used to shop!)...bikes are great, but not for shopping IMHO! ps: You brits with your washing-machines in the kitchen...really strange IMHO! Those belong in the bathroom damned!
too bad nobody makes this kind of boat here in the United States. But if they did it would probably be cost prohibitive for anybody to own but the very rich and with all the safety laws and building codes it would not even be half as beautiful as the boat you are advertising!
safety laws and building codes arnt that different, if anything theyre worse over here. its just the US doesnt really have waterways that are suitable for these boats so they dont get made, if they did im sure youd have some beautiful crafts!
