My pleasure! I want to give you as close to an in-class experience as possible, and I’m glad that it helps. :) Tower is fantastic, and I absolutely recommend it! The combo is great and gives you access to a good portion of the Cadillac repertoire, which is my very favorite. Let me know if you go for it!
@@MelanieLopezPilates I live in Utah, we have a timeshare that's up in the mountains, so part of my fam stayed in the condo, I stayed in our rv with the dogs camped by a river, it was very relaxing! I took the dogs on lots of hikes, we played pickleball, shuffleboard, tennis and swam in the pool!! That's my kind of vacation, not many people there, due to schools starting back up. I was supposed to be at school as well, but needed time in nature! Thanks for asking!

It sounds like you are doing great :) 3-4 times a week is the sweet spot for a lot of people, but it depends on what your movement goals are. If you’re comfortable with how you’re doing, 3 days per week is great. If you’re looking to progress in any area, increasing to 4 days may help depending on what you’re trying to achieve. Do you have any specific goals, or are you in it for the love of movement?
