Hey I've been sitting and waiting to do this project for quite a while now for me to buy the hose it is a dealership part only in British Columbia and it's about $500 for just the hose LOL I finally got this all done I think I did something wrong because it blew off at the lower banjo bolt so I'm guessing either my banjo bolt was not lined up correctly or I did not do the fluids correctly I appreciate the video though helped very much!!

Joey Nault thanks, maybe it was the copper washer, that caused the banjo bolt problem.

+moviemaker584 i was just wondering if your Cold/Heat knob is still functional ?

I have heard that it was a common problem with the 2002-2005 models where it won't go all the way to one side or the other so it has to be manually set under it to shift it to cold or heat.

Thanks for your video. That gives me lots of basic guideline on how to do on my Mitsubishi Outlander 2003. Quick question: Why did you loose the tensioner pulley to get the serpentine belt off? Is this step necessary?

Mingtenance you’re welcome, I needed better clearance to reach the hose and also it was a step in the service manual.

Original parts are expensive, so I buy parts off of eBay, Craigslist or local junk yards.
