I went with the 2024 Honda Civic Touring and could not be happier with the car and trim.
I have the 2023 Civic and still love it! Honda is awesome. 🎉
Me too! Mine is a 2023 Civic Touring sedan. It’s a meteorite metallic gray with the two-tone black/gray interior (gray seats). Very classy!
Honda went back to their design roots with the 11th generation. Classic Honda design. I love the understated, polished exterior paired with the semi-luxury interior.
It’s a beautiful car and I’m super happy with it.
I love Honda - trouble free and good resale.
Great sedan if you can find one at MSRP. Local dealers in my area want $1K-$3K over MSRP if you want one depending on which trim you want. At those inflated prices it's not a good choice at all.
Dealer by me has them below MSRP and many to choose from.
Not here in Massachusetts. Bunch of CROOKS.@@richardbaumgart2454
I live in Dallas and both Civics and Corollas are marked up over MSRP. Demand for Civics/Corollas is extremely high and supply is very low!
And the Honda dealers are not negotiating prices
There used to be a time when you could actually negotiate a price on a Honda.
not anymore.
I agree. That is why the car industry is TANKING!
Thanks for showing the key fob so well!
Doing something so small but so weirdly important is something that really sets your channel apart! Great stuff!!!
Thank you, friend!
I have always found your reviews useful. You guys do a good job.
Thank you very much!
I love the civic beautiful great view guys
Still in love with my 22 Sport Touring.
Changing to a better tires should help out a little bit with road noise.
can't hear them over the road noise
I have this trim and color but the hatchback version. The price premium over the competition is worth it. Besides the Mazda3, no other car comes close to how premium it drives, handles, and built.👌🏼
I have the hatch version. The only other car I considered was the Mazda. Every other car isn’t close on this segment
AGREE
@@snc237the hatch is ugly
@@muza45 the hatch is so much sharper than the sedan
Love my 2022 Blue Touring Sedan, bought new only have 12,000 kms yes I live in Canada where they actually make most of these is just a few towns over in Alliston where the Honda plant is.
I have the Canadian Spec 2022 Civic Touring - it comes standard with the heated leather wrapped steering wheel, dual climate control, and heated front and rear seats (3 levels of settings). On the rear doors, the heated seat buttons is located above the window switch. And the two usb ports in the back I'm not sure if you guys that, I think they started putting them in starting in your 2023s or maybe you always hadit
Nice job, very helpful.
Glad to hear it!
I have the '21 EX Civic with 42,000 miles, not a single issue or recall so far. I really like the look of the new Civics, the Civic hybrid will probably be my next car.
these are really fun to drive right up until the moment you start getting tailgated by a full size pickup truck with LED lights that are at the exact height of your rear window
Then you flip the rear view mirror down to darken it so you don’t have the glare
This always annoys me, so many people drive full sized trucks with led lights in the US for no good reason. Now I’m
Not saying that there’s no people who use it for what it’s for, a work truck, but there’s absolutely no reason to have the truck be over 2 feet taller than the sedan.
Do all 2024 tourings come with the all weather mats?
this makes me wanna keep my 2013 4th gen TL for as long as she runs. -she's fully paid too. :)
Honda/Acura always has "lots" of road noise whether it be air or road noise. In my TSX it seems to be road/tire noise. I do think it is a very nice car but with hybrid and 4wd it would really shine but that might make it too pricey.
Try Pirelli tires when the crappy original tires wear out, usually about 30 thousand miles from the new cars we have bought.
Can't wait for the hybrid to finally arrive
🟦 Top shelf review guys.
Depending on pricing, I may trade in my 2022 sport touring for the 25 hybrid. If it's too much I won't and will still be happy.
Is alot more fun than i expected i love my civic touring
Just bought a 2024 Honda Civic Touring Platinum White yesterday :)
Touring is not the only trim level to offer leather seats, standard on the EX-L hatch as well.
For the sedan, Touring is the only trim level to offer leather seats. Car Confections is right
To clarify, there is no EX-L trim on the Civic Sedan

I might have switch to the civic touring vs the Corolla xse is the Bose sound system optional on the civic touring or is it standard because the Corolla jbl system is optional
Bose Sound System is standard on the Civic Touring. Civic wins!
Putting turbo on a weak 1.5l engine isn't the smartest decision Honda made. Your forcing a small engine to work harder therefor lowering the longgevity of the vehicle. 2.5l turbo would make more sense. 2.0l for the low trim and 2.5l turbo just makes more sense. My

Someday, I'm buying the 2024 Honda Civic.
Amén 🙏
I bought the 23 hatchback 3 months ago. Great car
I will buy mine tomorrow 🙏🏻
I bought mine (2024 Honda Civic EX Sedan) last week ... a lot of fun to drive, I love this car!
I remember when you bought a car it was quiet. Some cars you barely noticed it was running. Now Hondas, Camrys, Buicks have a tick sound brand new.
The "ticking" is the high-pressure fuel pump for the GDI system.
Fantastic video as always!😸
Have a great Sunday!
Surprised no rear heated seats anymore. In Canada they still get them on the Touring/Si.
Even the 10th generation in the US had them.
is turbo charged really that bad as compare to conventional engines? in terms of reliability
What price did you buy civic EX-L? Dealer wants 27859. Is it a good price?
OVER $32,000 for a baby Civic, is INSANE!! My 2021 Accord Sport SE, was $30,000G's.
I’d go ahead and get the Acura Integra at least u get the luxury name with the upside down H 😅
My impression is that honda, with this model, turns back in time by the way exterior design looks.Take s me back to 2003 where accura was looking like this one.If u we re a nfsug2 player 😂,u know what i mean.Anyway the car s awesome.
Insane Honda Civic.
There's no way to clean the a/c vents. Does the grate pop off or something?
How much is this? How is lx?
didnt' see any mention of the hybrid as the title says...
Im looking @ a dealership rn 24 Honda civic touring dealer price down to $30,090 should i go for it it has every feature added
Personally, I would go Civic SI with the 6MT...
I’m glad i got the 2023 touring, while i love the car i don’t want to pay 32k for it
Please test the 2024 Subaru Impreza RS
Y’all do that sound level comparison but what about a comparison of which seats best cradle our donks??? Some of us ladies got our BBL and we needs to know if our cakes will be safe!!!!!!
I hood go all the way to the edge. Why cut it up top?
Watching from India 🇮🇳 ❤
"Small"? This thing is bigger than the Accord used to be.
Ya the civic now is the same size as the accord was a decade ago
Does anyone know if these 1.5L turbo engines in these newer Civics still have oil dilution issue?
As far to my knowledge no
No. It has been resolved. Though it was actually the CRV that had the real dilution issue. Not so much the Civic.
I really wish they give us an AWD option, especially for the Hybrid!
Honda Civic is the best❤
Don’t love the USB A ports on a 2024 😅
It is...makes my Integra better.
I can't wait for the civic hatchback Hybrid version. But it will be around 50K CAD after tax 😂😂😂
Will you do Type R?
We have a review on the channel now if you want to check it out 👍
Doesn’t the EX-L also have leather ?
There is no EX-L sedan. That trim only exists on the hatchback.
Turn signals are really loud can be very annoying 😮
Great review it seems nice but then you drove it and it sounds SO LOUD! Idk what is up with Honda and them always being so loud! I won’t buy another Honda- they could care less about road noise!
Thank you!
Change out the stock tires! Makes a big difference.
My only issue with the civic is the price. You can get top trim forte for similar price.
Kia 🤮
Honda are common where i leave and cost $23,000
you can get an acura integra for cheaper and more hp
Could of sworn it was a TLX problem with Honda Acura they can all look similar
Civic still among loudest in segment. Honda needs to work on that!
You mean there is a lot of road noise and tyre noise?
@@thurules Yes. You have to change the tires it comes with and put on quiet tires. (Bridgestone and Yokohama tires are loud)
Yes it’s absolutely 💯 the perfect small sedan. It’s the benchmark for a reason since it does everything extremely well just like the average bmw. After all Honda is the bmw 3 series of vehicles for good reason
Only one small vehicle defeats the Civic and that's the 2024 Mitsubishi Mirage. Why? The Mirage is 10 thousand dollars cheaper, gets better fuel economy, and comes with a 10 year factory warranty.
I agree with Braeton that Mirage defeats Civic
Good day guys, just want to ask for advise, been torn between buying a honda city rs or a ford territory titanium for a first car, but I’ve driven a hilux and a wigo before. Not really particular about cabin space, just wanted a good engine and a better price-to-features car. Or any other sedan suggestions at the same price range?
Next week, the next generation Camry reveal is gonna give Honda a ton of hurt. A current generation 2024 Toyota Camry Hybrid MPG: 51 city / 53 highway
Those stats you say are probably base trim though but the civic isn’t the one that will be in trouble since it’s not the competitor to the Camry…it’s the new accord that will be in trouble.
lol you guys killing me with Toyota fans boys 😂 the Honda accord is not worry about the Camry Grandpop car
Personally am not a fan of the outter looks of the newer Toyota Cars… excluding the Supra.
I think the basic/mature design of the Civic and Accord are my favourite thus far.
Which was not the case a couple years ago when I liked the Toyota Designs more.
Interior design I also like the Honda look more.
So for someone like me MPGs aren’t the only thing I’m looking at, I’m looking for looks, comfort and feel which I can say Honda won this time around!
Not when the accord hybrid and a civic hatch hybrid will exist.
I hope they redo the interior on the new Camry. It’s just not my style.
I would like to move from a Prius to this kind of car . But I have to drive test it first…
*test drive
I would go with the cx30 over the civic. Similar starting price with AWD standard for cx30.
I test drove the CX-30. Buzzy engine off the line around town, though quiet and smooth on the highway. The interior is claustrophobic! You sit low inside below the door panels. The backseat is way too tight! I really wanted to like it too! The CX- 5 was far superior and tuned to be quicker off the line, even with less horsepower. Rode and handled like a dream. Much roomier and higher driving position.
I got this Car... 2024.....
The best Honda ever after EK
Y'all would buy the Civic Touring over an Accord Sport Hybrid?
Price is awfully close...
1.8l engine wouks have been better or the 2.5l
sometimes less is more lol
Is a 1.5T engine bad? There's a lots of car fanatics saying it's a garbage engine.
It’s one of the best turbos out there for an economy car
Pass on that 1.5T Touring...
Very expensive and possible issues with the Turbo.
I would personally stick with the 2.0 Natural on a Civic Sport.
Great looking car, great gas mileage, too expensive.
Test drove a 2023, didn't like it. Halfway through the test drive, I took it back to the dealership.
$30k for a "Civic" with no blind spot monitoring...no freaking way!😖
Turbo will generate engine gunk plus you will blow your spark plugs at least once a month
you obviously have no idea what a Honda really is. Typical Arabic comment
The car thats been in Europe for 2 years now
The Civic is not AWD...in Canada (Québec) with a lot of snow it's necessary...Mazda 3, Corolla have it.
FWD = Front Wheel Drive. (Not Four-Wheel Drive)
blindspot???? in navigation
❤
These Civics look like Accords these days 😮
I was trying to decide on whether to buy a new Honda Civic or the Kia Soul! Well, Honda just lost me with deciding not to include the hybrid for the 2024 model year. NICE GOING DUMMIES!
I like the new Honda Civic, but I don’t like the CVT 😂
Why you dont like honda cvt?
They aren’t going to change transmissions anymore back to an automatic. Sadly. CVTs are best on Hybrids IMO.
I test drove & liked everything but the sound of CVT, was jus too loud & whiny... & price is a bit inflated for a compact car
@Brian_Eugene_Lee oh hush I know what I experienced...wasn't bothering anything expressing my view- you don't tell nobody what to do- get a grip!!!
Doesn't feel like a CVT. They are tuned differently.
Small sedan like a Bmw 3 ?
thats pretty loud
Hope Honda fixed the 1.5 liter oil dilution problem.
Why is there so much road noise in your video ? is it the car or a really bad road surface ??? the noise alone would keep me from buying this car. please clarify this for me as I am looking at my 4th Honda.
Sounds like you didn't quite make it to the sound level reading part of the test drive...
I did watch the sound test. Still think this video makes it very loud for me 😢
I have a 2013. There is a lot of road noise, unless you put on better tires. Mine came with Bridgestone tires. Road noise was very high. I finally put Ironman tires on. Much quiter.
It's looks like it's missing half of it's car lol. I seen one on the road recently. It's so short width wise.
I just wish honda did a better job with sound insulation. I mean you're literally paying 55k for a freaking pilot elite and that shit sounds over 60 dB. Come on honda....
Where can we get the doughnuts???
Small???
Only 2025 in USA ... maybe 12 generation New civic 👽😘👽😘👽😁👍😁
EU version looks Better
Not a fan of Hybrid!
No rear AC vents for that price? C'mmon Honda you can do better than that.
eeeek, its 36k cad for this touring trim. doesnt even have full led lights.. has incandescent.. mazda has full led lights... 191hp and 186 torque non turbo for 33k...
It’s just the rear that’s partially incandescent which is not really a big deal
@@alvinsimba734 true, its not a big deal, but you're also paying 3k extra over mazda 3..
@@MuiKaHo something about Mazda 3 that people don’t take into account as my father owns one, yea they have one of the best interiors and also the materials are high class and also Mazda is trying to compete with luxury brands and because of that, the maintenance for mazda is way up there.
@@alvinsimba734 I own a Mazda 3.... And the maintenance is not "way" up there. Yes, they are trying to enter luxury market, but they are not luxury. They are trying to balance luxury and affordability.
23 was better
What’s the difference
Come on HONDA...ALL trims dark headliners AND wireless apple and Android!
Do they have to make it boring year after year? 2021 was the best.
