i dont believe viren cares about soren. the only reason he cares for caudia is because shes smart and talented in dark magic and he can mae her become more like him. its very clear he looks down on soren and he has said multiple times that it didnt matter of soren died.

Season three Soren makes me happy.
I was so glad to see them do away with the "will they, won't they" cliche and had them realize they both had a mutual attraction and acted on it.

I think Viren used to love Soren, I can't remember exactly where but in a novel Viren used dark magic to save a sick Soren.
Vyren doesn't love Soren at all, I think. Soren always tries to make him proud. I love Rayla and Callum together :)
