Yess ! It was great. Thank you so much. Ill do my best 🤩 ☝️
Love the content you make bro always getting gains climbing higher and higher 👏👏
Thank you so much for the kind words ! I have a great editor that can help get all this content out for y’all !! 🎉
Wow, just amazing! 🤩
I enjoyed watching from the beginning to the end. From my own experience, it's much easier to grasp more details when the teacher and you speak the same language.
Please keep up the great vlog series! ;)
I’m very happy to know you enjoyed the vlog. And yes! Very true when you both speak the same language many of the details are understood better
Congratulation on that silver medal! As a Spaniard, is feels amazing seeing you guys training with Sandra and Jesús!
Thank you very much ! It’s great to train with Sandra and Jesus ! We learned a lot and can keep improving 🎉
That was certainly intense, yet awesome!
Thank you so much sensei
For your transparency, thank you. Congrats, from Brazil.
Thank you!! I’m happy you enjoyed
Content and skills in karate is getting better and better, keep up the good work.
Let’s gooooo ! Love to hear it. Thank you!!
It was realy Amazing vlog🌟 spécialy with Sandra Sanchez ❤️ kip working Arial 🥋
Thank you so much !! I’m happy you enjoyed it 🎉
20:59 20 reps of a section in kata is quite exquisite brother.
Broooo ❤❤❤ let’s talk about how it took around 6 mins to do the 20 reps for that set. Twas a hard one 😂😂😂
Watched the ENTIRE VLOG with a massive smile on my face! Especially knowing that the way you reflect on the training sessions by making your notes is exactly what my role model turned Teacher/friend also advised me a couple months ago makes it all so much better. I love that you get to work with your role models while you happen to be our role model as well, in and out of the tatami! Hope we get to train like this some day man :))
My katas are exactly the same way as you described, wherein it's all muscle to make it look more powerful rather than being a fine balance of power, balance, speed and grace. Really hope I can work and improve on it.
Very happy to hear your say this! It’s great to know. I’m happy your teacher advised you of this. Please keep training hard and enjoying your karate. May the karate journey bring us together one day. Oss
congratulations waiting for the next vlog
Thank you!! coming soon ! 😆☝️
Very interesting video! All the best to you karateka. Oss!
OSS ! Thank you!!

Muchas gracias !! Estoy feliz poder compartir con todos. Oss
I’ve been watching your videos , you inspire me to want to get into karate, keep being great 👍🏽
Thank you so much !!! Happy to hear that. I’ll keep pushing ~
You know, i always feel shy about taking notes of what i learn, i thought it was silly, bit knowing you write it down, I'm definitely doing it right away 🎉❤
That’s great to hear. Taking notes is important. Especially for yourself. This is always just about what will make you happy and will help you move forward.
"there's no gi, how hard could it be." if only they knew... 😭 congrats to both you and grace at the last K1 was so proud of you both and was so damn impressive!! (chairs were jumped out of and the phone was broken.. oops💀) ONLY UP FROM HERE !!! OSS!!!
Hahahahaha !! Exactly !! Thank you so much I appreciate it. We are happy and working hard to keep improving. We appreciate your kind energy. Hope you get that phone fixed hahaa

Thank you so much 😊❤
Thank you so much for this Vlog Ariel, it was so AMAZIIINNGGGG 😊
I practice Shotokan style, but I started to do the same thing like you (record training videos, taking notes) that helps a lot to get improvements every day
I hope you're doing well and I hope to meet you very soon
Regards bro 🥋💥💪
Thank you so much for the kind words. Keep training hard !! 😊
Great to see that. Just like Yoshimi Inoue Sensei told me: "when your muscles are worn out after long hours of training, that's when the technique sinks in." RELAX AND SMILE!
Oss !! Sigue entrenando fuerte !! Un gran abrazo
You were cooking up the chicken? Definitely looked like Grace 😂 but that kitchen looked great.
Documenting what you did different is a great idea as you recover or improve. Can help determine if the changes helped or deterred improvement.
Wet and sweaty gi is the worst.
lol !!! 😂 yes the chicken I cooked but when I was recording I told her to take care of it. But the beef she did every time 😆🤣
And yess sir !! It’s been great bro. I’m glad I have all these videos to look back on 🎉
Love you man and a wonderful vlog!!!! I was wondering though, I have tried journaling for my trainings but did not know how to act on the insights I got, do you have any tips? Also do you have any tips on reviewing competition videos? Keep up the good work man, much love from greece!!!!
Hello !! Thank you for the love and great energy. My advice is first to start writing down what you did, what you felt and if you figured out anything special that helps you physically on mentally. As for video review that’s a great idea. I might make a video about how I review. Thank you
Super great insight. Loved it.
💪 🥋
Glad you enjoyed ! Thank you!!
Best YT Channel 🔥🔥🔥

Buen entrenamiento!! OSS ❤❤❤
Gracias mama ! ❤
Were you doing kata sections or the whole kata for the ohan (around 13 minutes of the vid)
Around 13 min I didn’t do Ohan. We were doing kata parts for Anan dai and Ohan dai
Why did you not post a vlog from Antalya K1 pl Turkey
My editor is working on it 😆👊
How many repetitions of kata you do in a daily training?
Depends on the section and the phase of training. 3
Off season would be 5 sections each section 10x 😊
@@arielkarate1 1 kata’s devise into 5 section?
Is there a scholarship for karate international champion in America??
Hello ! Nope everything is self funded
@@arielkarate1 Even if I played for the USA team ??! And how can I apply to play for USA team
