Oof it sounds like your battery died off completely. how long have you had it for? If it's under a year than call JBL customer service to get your unit replaced

when I first got the bb2 i was super disappointed, but after the latest os update it definately sounds alot better

Before even with my phone eq all the way down on bass it would just be so boomy indoors, And dont get me wrong i love bass, but when it sounds like im listening to music coming out of a trunk when im just trynna chill and listen to music its kinda rediculous. ever since the update it sounds like a completely different speaker, and im amazed.

@@Usef320 Dude!! The same thing happened to my Logitech G560 speakers, they sounded muddy as hell with a lot of bass very annoying indoors. And suddenly the guys at Logitech dropped a firmware update and it fixed everything. Now we can actually disable the subwoofer lol I was about to sell it because of that..
Btw do you think the bb2 is worth for $500? Do you like it? I was thinking maybe I should get one for next summer.
$500 for the Boombox 2 is to much $400 and under I say it's worth it
I've heard those boombox 2's sound as good in a car boot as a 300 watt subwoofer did in a car 20 years ago is there any truth in that ?
I just put it in my brother's car today but it definitely beats a good stalk car system but just due to the layout in car speakers you will be more immersed but if you want to use it in the car you can and you will have fun it also depends on the car to lol

Honestly not really since cars usually have a deeper bass in general once you put the Xtreme 2 or even 3 in there they sound ok but your definitely going to miss that bass but if you have anything I'm the car it's ok

The Xtreme 2 can use Google assistant if you press and hold the play and pause for 3 seconds but for sound quality I would go for 2 Boombox 2s for 429.99 each at Walmart because the Xtreme 3 is out now and it's the same as the xtreme 2 in price but a bit better overall but there heavy

Upper bass can travel further outside much easier than deep bass

It's about 18 inches long 13 inches tall and 8 inches in depth so a average size one probably not but a larger one yes like a Jordan retro book bag

You can pair up to 100 JBL connect plus compatible speakers but only 2 of the same type of speaker for stereo

I've got the Boombox 2 and the Party Box 300 stupid thing is they have different Blue tooth apps so they can't pair together. They pound though box are sick
Wireless they can't but if you want to pair them wired use a 3.5 aux cable plug it into the 300 AUX out input on the back and plug the other side to your Boombox 2 and connect you phone 300 to Bluetooth and that is how you use both speakers 😁
@@TheAscendedTechNinja yeah I did that the day i got them both my neighbor's came over to tell me how great it was working they thought is was an 11 when it should have been about a 6 though lol. I totally forgot until now I can do that so appreciate it. I use the party of to Jan with i run my acoustic guitar and Mic through an effects processor then through the Partybox. I have a little trailer for my dog I tow behind my bike and when he's not with me I bring one with me instead but we have a bike cruise this Saturday and maybe I'll fire then both up lol

@@TheAscendedTechNinja sweet I'd compare the Boombox 2 to the Partybox 300 and 310(built in handle & wheels, waterproof, DJ functions). Then if you want to hear the beast on a whole different level the Partybox 1000 (not portable but if all your neighbors don't like the same song as you who cares you won't hear them pounding on the door anyways) but that's $999.99 in Canada so maybe 599-699 American

I have 2 extreme 2 and original boombox. They all kick arse if only extreme 3 was compatible. Stupid jbl decision. They are all awesome😂🤣😂🤣
Lol Xtreme but yea im thinking about should I ever get the OG Boombox and compare them probably not😅 who knows Partyboost plus may be the next wave with backwards compatibility or not☠ but if they do how can they properly justify it?

You need a better mic instead of using the cheap mic in your phone. This is a disservice to these two speakers.

Boom box way too boomy and distorted...Exreme all day long!!
Well as far as Bass yea it is a bit much in the house and 80% in a small or even large room is a bit much but distortion not really my mic levels were in the red im only using my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ as my mic and camera and Bluetooth lol but needs to get rid of that upper treble boost and that bass that cause it to break itself I got a video on that if you haven't seen it
My boombox 2 don’t distort at all. Even when I play bass boosted songs.
