I really want to say thank you for this video, I’m in a program that allows for and placed me in a leadership position and I’m in charge of lots other people my age. It’s been really hard as I technically have help but have ended up doing almost all of the work, the end of the video was an important reminder for me. Leadership(specifically command leadership but this applies to other forms as well) is the most loneliest, Hopeless feeling, excruciatingly painful position ever and that’s why if your a leader you HAVE to have God. I’ve been pitying myself lately for my position and while it is hard this video was a much needed reminder that God has at the very least allowed me to have this position of authority and command and that I should take this blessing and lead like Jesus did. Woah! Never heard this kind of teaching to be a leader.....I am grateful to God that he showed me a correct video and it is very helpful for me....... I want to share something. When I was in junior classes (2-7 std) I had a desire to mind the class and I prayed to God to help me to mind the class even for few minutes or days. I prayed him so many times,but I never lose hope. At the end, When I stepped into 8th class, miraculously the teacher chose me to mind the class in the very beginning of 8th. I literally was surprised but then realised that God heard my prayer and thanked him. And now I am in 9th, By the grace of God I am the monitor of the class. I praise God for his mercy and grace that he heard my prayer though it took years but the result turns me to be the monitor. So guys, When you ask something to God expecting him to provide you soon but if it takes time then don't lose your hope, keep praying and have faith that one day he is gonna answer your prayer. May the lord bless you all❤. May his peace be with you now and forever more in Jesus almighty name I believe and I pray Amen🙏
Everyday I always gets more fascinated by Jesus, he truly sets an example of good. Every single great leaders i can think of follows these principles whether it's in history or on fiction. Before i fully put my faith and decided to follow Him I always admired great leaders and strive to be one, and here Iam now fascinated that everything we regards as good always came from Him.

God is calling me to be a leader, infact all of us are called by God to be a leader! I have been struggling for my time, other people who treats me badly, family problems. God doesnt want us to give up, God wants us to be a leader! So read your Bible no matter you have problems or not and be that leader that God wants us to be.
Step 1#: Godly leaders set a godly* example to others Just thought I'd add that since it's important to specify what examples godly leaders should set. Every leader sets an example. Bad leaders set bad examples. Good leaders set good examples. Godly leaders set godly examples. Jesus led from the "bottom". I put bottom in quotations bcuz when I say that i mean it in this context: leaders serve those they lead. Leaders are servers. There is a verse that talks about this but I can't quote it off my head. I'll be bck to put it here. It's important to adopt a mindset of servantry as a leader. Leaders must learn to listen to those they lead (like you mentioned in the video) and they should always be asking themselves, how can I serve my followers? How can I help them? How can I encourage them? This msg is just to add to what was said in the video

I am an athlete and all my years of playing sports, people look to me as a leader - when I get down on myself, everyone else gets down, and vice versa. I always tell myself, "I can't do this. This can't be for me," because I simply do not believe someone like me could have such an impact on those around me. I don't want to ramble, but I do ask for prayer because I am doubting myself, and thus doubting God.

It's ok. You can serve Jesus by serving others in ways no one else can. It's more about your heart's willingness and availability, than "info." But I also want to encourage you to consider reluctant leading men like Moses, Gideon, David, and some of the 12 apostles. Remember that they were humble, ordinary men who _GOD_ chose and empowered to do His will. Not everyone is called to lead, but everyone is called to _follow and serve_ Jesus with the gift the Holy Spirit gave us.
the "point A" is where i struggle. i don't understand where people are, and when i ask them about it they get annoyed and often take my questioning as a veiled insult. and then my whole entire plan for getting to "point B" is simply "get to point B. figure out what you gotta do to get there, and then just go." and that just... doesn't work for other people. but it's what i know, because it's what works for me. but if it doesn't work for others, then i'm not leading them. it often comes off as if i were belittling them, which is very much not what i'm trying to do. i'm trying to motivate, but it's never seen that way 😞
