God came at the right time for this video. I'm trying to simplify my life by getting rid of secular music for example. Linkin Park was one of my favorite bands and as I was trying to get into more bands, I can sense a demonic presence and as God was revealing more and more about the secular music I knew I had to turn it off. That's what I'm trying to do now. I get burned out when there's a lot going on at once but I do pray about situations that will get better. I need to rethink my life of what I'm putting in my mind and heart and God has been doing the work so I can rely on him more and more. He wants to use us when we're not burnt out and rest is a gift from God.

Not listening to secular music in the car and devoting that time to God really change my relationship with him/ my life. Driving in the spirit❤ Also doing a devotional in the morning, giving God my first. I used to wake up with worry in my mind now I wake up with a song that is honoring our lord and savior in my heart and on my lips. Honestly never thought there'd be a day that I knew all the words to all the Christian songs on the radio but praise God today I do. My husband has also recently made the change,it has really changed his demeanor and attitude. K-LOVE radio station does a 30-day challenge once a year to listen to nothing but their radio station for 30 days. Did that, never look back. It's harder to have road rage when you're singing about the love of God. Even when I'm mad/don't feel like like listening or doing a devotional, I lean in to God and do it anyway. It's never regretted. Hope this helps somebody out there. All the glory be to God!!!❤

This is what I exactly needed, I've been struggling with tiredness for many days. And I prayed to God to help me and give me energy, and lord showed me a way of healing. Praise the Lord🙏
one of the ways i speak with god is b talking with him like 1 on 1 like how a son speaks to his father because i might not be able to see him but he is there and he is listening and he truly cares. So whenever i am walking or doing something i always just speak with god while doing it because its truly incredible the love of God.
I would disagree with sabbath rest being any day you want, the Bible doesn’t just say that the lord ended his work on the seventh day just because. @@Joseph99588I believe Paul meant to say here from the first day of hearing about the gospel, not the first day of the week. Jesus loves you, and if it says to keep the Shabbat, He probably meant it. He doesn't force anyone, everyone is in their own journey with God, but He will show the truth to those who are willing to listen. He guides us step by step, and I think the Shabbat might be a step forward. After all, what can you lose from it? Trust in Jesus, he will guide you to truth. Try keeping at least once the Shabbat, maybe it will change you for good. ❤
I see it as YOUR sabbath not God’s sabbath. In a way, especially in American culture, we still do things after church on Sunday in preparation of the new week. I took it as if you work Monday through Friday and church on Sunday then Saturday may be YOUR sabbath to rest. However like he said it can be any day. For me, my sabbath is Wednesday because it’s a day that I don’t work and I prepare for church. I also do less with my sons with homeschooling so it becomes a family day for us. I’m the children’s director at church so on Sundays I don’t feel rested like I should especially if I’m so busy that I don’t get fed. However when I was younger, Sundays used to be mine and God’s sabbath because I prepared for the next week on Saturdays. I hope this helps!
Please read the 14th chapter of Romans. There are many Christians who still believe we have to uphold certain legalistic rituals in order to be acceptable to God which means many of us still don’t fully understand who we are in Him.
Wow, just... WOW. This couldn't have come at a better time than now. I'm a university student and currently working on a rather big solo project. The last few weeks have felt so exhausting and I am very certain that I was one step away from losing my mind completely. But I know God has everything under control and I am already beginning to feel a bit better :)

Every morning I wake up, I can’t. Always tired and I’m relying on coffee. But when I found out that Jesus Christ is the Lord of Sabbath, I will rest in Him for He is gentle and kind. Thankyou for all of these wonderful videos you are blessing us with, I always love your message ❤️ I noticed that I am not the only person who is concerned with the Sabbath comments though and would recommend an unbiased look into EXODUS 20:8-11 where the 4th Commandment says "THE SABBATH" rather than A Sabbath. It also stresses the 7th day is the Sabbath of the LORD and this has been mentioned many times throughout both the old and new testament. If God has brought it up this much then He probably intends us to keep the day He has set apart for us to be with Him. (Lets face it, we wouldn't make a lunch date with our parents on a Thursday and then show up on Sunday and expect them to be there waiting right?) 🙏 Pray for His guidance on this and search the scriptures for His Word, it's one of the 10 Commandments. I started keeping the sabbath about 4 months ago. At first it was so difficult for me 😓 but as time went on, it got easier and I learned to dedicate my sabbath to God 😊 it’s great! It allows me to indulge in God’s care for an entire day

I'm getting ready to go back to school and with packing and preparing to move and work and trying to stay connected with friends and most especially with God, I've been getting really overwhelmed. I'm forever grateful to God for you making this video. I really needed it. When I read my Bible, I always jotted down, to make me remember what I've read. I'll see myself going at a fast rate and wasn't able to stop myself. It was so bad that my hand started to hurt and my handwriting will go both ways😂. This really affected me in school, because my handwriting wasn't always clear and I will always feel low of myself. My mental health was affected. But I was always careful not to blame it on me reading my Bible a lot. And seeing this video I see that all I ever needed was a reasonably good rest. I agree with this video except on one point: the need to establish a Sabbath. God did this on the seventh-day and then reminded us to remember it at Sinai (Genesis 2:1-3; Exodus 20:8-11). So yes, let us enjoy the Sabbath with God, the Sabbath that He made for all Mankind (Mark 2:27). Blessings and happy Sabbath!

I’m a Seventh Day Adventist and I absolutely agree that Saturday is The Lord day. Exodus 20:8-10, Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it “Holy.” Meaning, it’s shouldn’t be any day I get to choose or something whatever. But, I also understand that many here grew up differently. Neither you go to church on Sunday or you just don’t understand what the big deal of Sabbath. As I'm interviewing for another job because my current work situation is so bad. Patience is something God has been pushing on me for a long time now. I appreciate his determination to keep me humble and kind during this struggle in my life.
Man, I needed to be reminded of this. I recognized this recently and I had trouble just sitting. I felt like I was wasting time. But, rest is sonething to do. It should be on our “to do” list. I’ve found that when I make it a “thing to do” it is easier.
God always guides me to a solution right when I need it the most!; I've been feeling really burnt out and stressed lately, so I had a good cry, ate something, and had a good night's sleep. I definitely feel much better than I did! Praise Jesus for giving me peace!

The only thing I disagree with is when you said it doesn’t matter which day you pick for the Sabbath. God says the seventh day of the the week so Saturday is the Sabbath specifically. He also said “Remember The Sabbath Day” and not “A Sabbath Day”. If you pick any day you’ll be violating Gods law. Good video all around and encouraging. Thank you! ❤
i really wanted to take advantage of Labor Day & use it catch up on work but I felt God calling me to REST instead, to use to the day to remember that He is my source & not myself, and to show Him I'm placing my trust in Him to get whatever He wants me to do done instead of myself

I agree with everything said except the day of rest which you choose. You don’t choose the day of rest. God set aside a specific day as the Sabbath. We don’t get to choose that day. Saturday (the seventh day) is the specified day of rest. It is a holy day.
I know that God sent this video. I just finished my church's summer camp (as a teacher) and I was so exhausted and burnt out after putting everything into it.
I feel burnt out from christianity itself. It feels like there's so many things I have to do, and if I don't them I'm gonna hurt my relationship with God. It feels terrifying, and I just wanna disappear and never exist again.
I hope you are feeling better now. It can be really stressful, I had a lot of fears recently too. But the best thing we can do when we feel this way is praying. What else can we do? Just don’t give up.
My favorite part of this video is the end, "Jesus loves you." Always remember that God is with you every step of the way. Jesus really does love you, and he gave his life for us.

"Remember THE Sabbath..." suggests there's one specific day. It doesn't say "Remember A Sabbath..."

If God has brought it up this much then He probably intends us to keep the day He has set apart for us to be with Him. (Lets face it, we wouldn't make a lunch date with our parents on a Thursday and then show up on Sunday and expect them to be there waiting right?) 🙏 Pray for His guidance on this and search the scriptures for His Word, it's one of the 10 Commandments. Every time I tell one of my Christian friends I am going through a hard time I feel like they don’t want to hear it they just say give it to God which I do but it would be nice to have friends who actually feel like they care
I was suffering a lot of mental fatigue from my job, and ended up missing a concerning amount of church because of the fatigue. This channel came up in my «Recommendations» feed. A bit of scrolling later, I find this video. I believe God used this video to help in my recovery.

I've been asking God to help me caery out my days to be fruitful but as a student its quite challenging and tiring so i prayed for God assistant and soon later i stumbled upon this video. This video helped me to plan my week. It hasn't been easy I'm not gonna lie 😅 but I knw God will strengthen me and help me to be disciplined more. I started keeping the sabbath about 4 months ago. At first it was so difficult for me 😓 but as time went on, it got easier and I learned to dedicate my sabbath to God 😊 it’s great! It allows me to indulge in God’s care for an entire day

Thank you, I really needed to hear this today. I'm getting ready to go back to school and with packing and preparing to move and work and trying to stay connected with friends and most especially with God, I've been getting really overwhelmed. Your video reminded me of the power of God's peace and care and lovingkindness in a moment when it almost felt like the stress was crushing me. Thank you, and I thank God for your channel. This isn't the first time God has used your videos to comfort or speak to me.
I'm forever grateful to God for you making this video. I really needed it. When I read my Bible, I always jotted down, to make me remember what I've read. I'll see myself going at a fast rate and wasn't able to stop myself. It was so bad that my hand started to hurt and my handwriting will go both ways😂. This really affected me in school, because my handwriting wasn't always clear and I will always feel low of myself. My mental health was affected. But I was always careful not to blame it on me reading my Bible a lot. And seeing this video I see that all I ever needed was a reasonably good rest. I'll make sure to make a Sabbath day for myself and hang out around other Goldy spiritually guided ppl to encourage me. Thank you and Jesus Loves you too❤😊

I agree with this video except on one point: the need to establish a Sabbath. God did this on the seventh-day and then reminded us to remember it at Sinai (Genesis 2:1-3; Exodus 20:8-11). So yes, let us enjoy the Sabbath with God, the Sabbath that He made for all Mankind (Mark 2:27). Blessings and happy Sabbath!

I’m a Seventh Day Adventist and I absolutely agree that Saturday is The Lord day. Exodus 20:8-10, Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it “Holy.” Meaning, it’s shouldn’t be any day I get to choose or something whatever. But, I also understand that many here grew up differently. Neither you go to church on Sunday or you just don’t understand what the big deal of Sabbath. Brothers and Sisters we just to share what The Lord has taught us through the Bible about His Holy and beautiful day (Truth and nothing but the truth). As I'm interviewing for another job because my current work situation is so bad. Patience is something God has been pushing on me for a long time now. I appreciate his determination to keep me humble and kind during this struggle in my life.
Man, I needed to be reminded of this. I recognized this recently and I had trouble just sitting. I felt like I was wasting time. But, rest is sonething to do. It should be on our “to do” list. I’ve found that when I make it a “thing to do” it is easier.
God always guides me to a solution right when I need it the most!; I've been feeling really burnt out and stressed lately, so I had a good cry, ate something, and had a good night's sleep. I definitely feel much better than I did! Praise Jesus for giving me peace!

The only thing I disagree with is when you said it doesn’t matter which day you pick for the Sabbath. God says the seventh day of the the week so Saturday is the Sabbath specifically. He also said “Remember The Sabbath Day” and not “A Sabbath Day”. If you pick any day you’ll be violating Gods law.

i really wanted to take advantage of Labor Day & use it catch up on work but I felt God calling me to REST instead, to use to the day to remember that He is my source & not myself, and to show Him I'm placing my trust in Him to get whatever He wants me to do done instead of myself

I agree with everything said except the day of rest which you choose. You don’t choose the day of rest. God set aside a specific day as the Sabbath. We don’t get to choose that day. Saturday (the seventh day) is the specified day of rest. It is a holy day.

I know that God sent this video. I just finished my church's summer camp (as a teacher) and I was so exhausted and burnt out after putting everything into it.
The right timing
I feel burnt out from christianity itself. It feels like there's so many things I have to do, and if I don't them I'm gonna hurt my relationship with God. It feels terrifying, and I just wanna disappear and never exist again.
I hope you are feeling better now. It can be really stressful, I had a lot of fears recently too. But the best thing we can do when we feel this way is praying. What else can we do? Just don’t give up.
