    Love the videos bro. Comparing the FXLRS to a Street Bob are the type of videos a lot of new riders look for when making the choice on which bike is best to suit his/her needs. I was also going to upgrade from my Sportster 48 to a Street Bob however, at the dealership I caught a glimpse of a vivid black 2020 Low Rider S, I fell in love and made her mine. Keep the videos coming. Thanks.

    Been watching your videos. Cool man. I got the 2020 Low Rider S in November as a 2nd bike; i have a 2018 Road King. I did pretty much what you did to yours with the Saddlemen seat, quarter fairing, smoked LED lenses, Dominion collection, etc. I have the TBR in stainless with the Sreaming Eagle tune and a Stage 2. Love this review - wife and I just bought these two bikes last week, 2020 Low rider S / 2020 Street BobCouldn't be happier (great deals right now if you can afford to buy at the moment), I love the option to hop on her Street Bob for a run to the store etc.
    Two honorable mentions in differences are also Rake/Trail 5.7 & 28deg LowRiders -Vs- 6.2 & 30deg Street Bob, and also weight 679lb's LowRiderS -Vs- 655lb's Street Bob, Wifes bike really seems to feel super flickable, like you mentioned.

    This video really brought it down to budget for me. Both bikes are are on point for me in the looks department. Seems like the Bob is a little cheaper initially, but if your going to change a bunch of stuff then it's a great choice. The LRS on the other hand with the dual disks and the shorter wb...maybe my mind is made up. Clearly you can make them look exactly the same almost so look at base model to base model because the mods are where your money is going to go.

    I have a 2012 Club style dyna. Ive been looking at the Lowriders at the dealers. I just dont wanna pay all the surcharges so hopefully next year they will calm down.
    Main reasons for lowrider of the street bob is the gas tank. Im a bigger guy and the lowrider just feels like it has more room. I used to like the Bobs when they were Dynas no its just the low end softail. The cheaper version for those that like club style. Only reason Id pick the Bob is if I wanted a bobber style bike.

    I test rode the 114 street bob and bought the low rider S and there’s no way, NO WAY, the street bob handles better with those tires or for any other reason! To me these two bikes felt incredibly different from each other! I rode 4 different softails and the SB was the least impressive to me. I thought the handling kinda sucked on it? The slim was a huge surprise to me! That bike handles really well. But the FXLRS is the bike if you want handling. I agree completely about the 107 though! I rode one stock and it was great. I rode another with a stage 1 and it was really, really, nice! I feel like the 107 with a stage 1 pulls harder than my stock 114.

    I just sold my 2019 Street Bob for a 2020 Low Rider S. As soon as you ride the FXLRS you immediately feel that it's a direct upgrade. Handling is negligible. The FXBB is slightly better. Power is also negligible. The FXLRS is more powerful but the FXBB weights less so it feels just as torquey. Handling on both bikes felt similar. Street Bob felt marginally better. The gauge cluster on the FXBB is far superior to the FXLRS. In fact, as soon as they make a flush mount tank console for the FXLRS I'm going to replace the FXLRS gauge cluster with the FXBB digital gauge cluster.
    I don't like the sissy bar on the FXBB. It's way too high. Top Hand Ventures makes a much better bar.

      Jennifer Cuellar trust me. The Low Rider S PERFORMS worlds better at speeds. The inverted front end on the LRS is incredibly accurate and stable. The power in 5th and 6th at highway speeds is also incredible. The rear tire of the S is also much wider, lending to better traction which has saved my ass twice. The abs saved me twice too.

      Mr. Mann Nice! That’s good to hear. I’m actually going to be test riding both this Thursday. Really looking forward to feeling the LRS.

      Jennifer Cuellar stock ergos of the LRS are better as well but that can be changed of course. The gas tank was a major bullet point for me as well. All that said, if you landed on the Street Bob, you’d still be winning. It’s a NICE bike. They’re BOTH NICE bikes.

    I was 2.5 hours from home Saturday when my helmet cause too much pressure to my right ear. It was like I had an ear infection I was afraid my balance would be affected if it went on so I took off for the house. I rode 100 miles at 90-95mph and the other 100 at between 100-110. Thank God not a single cop. Low Rider S just purred at 100, front end was on RAILS. Lane split for the first time ever a semi and 2 cars at about 85/90. Again, on rails. No problems at all. Trust me.

      Let me just make sure things are clear, that Street Bob is still the fuckin tits. It’s still a badass looking and amazing riding machine as well. Also decently priced. No Harley is well priced, I believe. Haha. But if you’re gonna compare...

    Can’t do it. The price does not meet with the quality/performance. It’s like getting a Ford Ranger for the price of a Ram TRX.

    just traded my 2019 street bob for the 2020 low rider s. reasons were first larger gas tank, the street bob had little to no rear brakes, spoke wheels and tubed tires could not except fix a flat, and performance on street bob is weak compared to lo rider s. not saying street bob is not good for some riders because it might because it definitely had the looks and the wife said my low rider s looked like an old mans motorcycle especially since it is gray. well i am an old man at 70 so maybe she knows what she is talking about. but my advice is get the 2020 low rider s straight from the beginning it might not have movie star looks but buddy does it perform in speed, braking, handling, and comfort it does not make the back sore like the street bobber. okay nuff said take care and stay safe.

    Two sick bikes. Hard to pick which one I'd want. For now, super happy with my 2010 Fat Boy Lo. 🙂
    Question - What's that sissy bar on the Street Bob? Looks sick. Looking for one like it.

    Love My 2018 FXLR. Prefer Mag Wheels to spokes and the larger tank. Plus I'm old and the throw back styling paint job was a nice nod to the AMF Days.

    Will the streetbob sissybar fit on the LR-S?

    • @GLH1213
      @GLH1213 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      you have to get an ironworker to widen the custom made sissy bar because the low rider s fender is wider than street bob. the harley made sissy bar fits both bikes because you can stretch it. i just went through that exact thing last week.

      Most people wont ride out an entire 3.5 in one sitting more than a few times in their life, but the smaller look bugged me and I like the option for more.

    I had the Dyna streetbob before and I found that the ride was a far better than the new Softail version. The frame worked far better with the looks and the feel of the bike. The lower ride s in my opinion is just an awesome machine, and I actually find it a lot easier to throw it around than my old streetbob.

    • @Marvelkid87
      @Marvelkid87  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yea the inverted forks on it give it the best feeling to throw it around much easier.
