Craig, I have watched many videos at this point, and I am painfully conscious that I talk too much, though I often do not verbalize it. You help people with your insights and understanding, it is evident you truly intend to help them and I am also sure many benefit accordingly. My status is in development, a story in the making. WOW. Especially now that dating sites allow wide range of choices, one needs to accept that when someone is single they may be meeting with many people. Does not make them a player! A relationship is not a relationship until both parties agree on that and that they will be exclusive (normally). I had guys I had simply met once (some even zero times.. just talked over phone) blowing up when I dropped them after starting a new relationship and it is pathetic. No other way to call it, I understand the disappointment but every adult needs to be realistic!

Rossana Motta sounds like you were leading up people and "lining up" guys to check on who was the best. doesn't sound fair to me if neither of them knew what you were doing. You talk on the phone for let's say, a month with a guy, meanwhile talking to the other. after let's say, a month of the first guy thinking you're just playing hard to get when reality is another...Women..
She’s single she can do whatever she wants. Unless she is lying when asked by guys there is absolutely nothing wrong with it.
NOBODY on dating sites talks to only one person. We are not talking about sleeping with multiple people, we are talking about getting to know them BEFORE committing to an exclusive relationship. Same thing as if you want a job you do not just apply to a single job as the chances that this one job is the perfect one and they hire you are low. The employer will also interview many candidates. Same thing when you are single, the person you are just starting to know may drop you for any reason. If you are not in a relationship with them, you should not consider them as your exclusive partner, at least not yet.

I really don’t samme know when she’s on messenger. I don’t care what she’s doing because that’s her business. She is probably not looking at me, so why should I look for her? The problem is that it does put me in a bit of an anxious state by default, but if I deactivate the show active status thing, it permanently fixes her face as my top recommendation, so my only choice is to block her, but I don’t wanna do that. Guess it just gets better with time.

For the first month and a half of NC, i would check my ex's Facebook/Messenger to see when and if she was active. After convincing myself that there was nothing to gain, i stopped doing that. I'm still in NC, 2 1/2 months now. Even tho i still wonder and think about her, ik checking won't bring her back. Don't let it mess with your mind people.

I recall her tell me that she wanted me to find someone else, and I did. I'm much happier with a better job and to hope one day get a house and an even better job for my new girlfriend :)

So true about the Facebook logging on and off. I wish you could do more videos about Facebook postings. My girlfriend read too much into my post and I think she always feels it's directed towards her. My girlfriend posted that she's a free spirit on Facebook. I'm not sure what that means and how that falls into a relationship.
I’ve gone to counseling weekly for years, and it seems like 1 hour goes by pretty fast, especially when dealing with traumatic life difficulties. Would a 1 hour coaching really be enough to cover the whole story of my breakup and then get feedback from you? My story is just crazy long and complicated. Thanks coach.

What I see going on here is, a couple of things. First, the timing of her relationship status post is odd. Seems that during the catch up convo she would have mentioned dating someone if this was just two friends at a platonic get together. Maybe she picked up on his vibe of wanting more and wanted to deter him. Second, a lot of men seem to think that the only thing required is for them to be interested and after that the woman is obligated to return the feeling, or at least entertain them with dating or whatever else. He sounds like that kind of guy. Like he just can't believe she doesn't want him back because he wants her, and that's all he needs to do.

I agree with Claidia . You are an amazing man and I wish most of the men would be as you . It would be too much easier to date them . I broke up with my bf 6 months and still cant move on , even your videos helped me a lot . I realise that I have anxiety and avoidant attachment style which actually caused me all the break ups . If shes insisting its as friends inwould decline.....im interested in you romantically and if thats not what you want im gonna pass because im not ok with just being friends. Be masculine. Short term, you lose an opportunity to see her. Long term, you dont play games, seem strong willed, and will find out for good whether she wants you pohysically.or.not. if not, why would you want to be friends.and do that to yourself anyways???
