    I needed some vid like that and it just comes out on time, I did some follow along with other’s workouts videos but still had some stiffness until now, I’ll work out in follow along yours thank you

    This mobilization is absolutely off the charts it saved my pigeon toe tension, that causes tension in my outside ankle and hip. Ive found absolutely nothing else that addresses the excess foot extension/outside hip mobilization

    Great video. Why knee over the pinkie may I ask? Usually it is advised over the 2nd toe, sure you have an interesting reason.

    sorry all but i injured my hip doing this. i have to say i am older and have some arthritis in my hips. but yeah be careful. :)
